കേരളത്തെ നവവൈജ്ഞാനിക സമൂഹമാക്കി മാറ്റുവാനുള്ള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ശ്രമങ്ങൾ പുരോഗമിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ-സാമൂഹ്യനീതി മന്ത്രി ഡോ. ആർ. ബിന്ദു പറഞ്ഞു. സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ രണ്ടാം വാർഷികത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള നൂറ് ദിന ക‍ർമ്മപരിപാടികളുടെ ശ്രീ ശങ്കരാചാര്യ സംസ്കൃത സർവ്വകലാശാലയിലെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിർവ്വഹിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു ഡോ. ആർ. ബിന്ദു. കൂടിയാട്ടം ഡിജിറ്റലൈസേഷൻ, ക്രിയേറ്റീവ് ലിറ്ററേച്ചർ ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് ഇൻ സാൻസ്ക്രിറ്റ്, സർവ്വകലാശാലയിൽ പുതുതായി ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന സെന്റർ ഫോർ അക്കാദമിക് റൈറ്റിംഗ് എന്നിവയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനവും കേരള നോളജ് സീരീസിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന മൂന്ന് പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ പ്രകാശനവും മന്ത്രി നിർവ്വഹിച്ചു. കാലാനുസൃതമായ രീതിയിൽ പൈതൃക വിജ്ഞാനത്തെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കണം. ഈ വിജ്ഞാനവ്യാപനം നടത്തുവാനുള്ള ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം സർവ്വകലാശാലകൾ ഏറ്റെടുക്കണം. ഭാഷയും സാഹിത്യവും സംസ്കാരത്തിലേക്കുള്ള താക്കോലാണ്. സർവ്വകലാശാലകൾക്ക് പുറത്തേക്ക് വിജ്ഞാന വിതരണം നടത്തുവാനുള്ള നവീനവും ക്രിയാത്മകവുമായ പദ്ധതികളാണ് സർക്കാർ ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്ത് നടപ്പിലാക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. സമൂഹത്തിന് ദിശാബോധം നൽകുവാനുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ സർവ്വകലാശാലാതലത്തിൽ ആവിഷ്കരിച്ച് നടപ്പിലാക്കും. ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയിൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ഹബ്ബാക്കി മാറ്റും. നമ്മുടെ സാംസ്കാരിക സമ്പത്തിനെ ലോകത്തിനു മുമ്പിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കും, മന്ത്രി ഡോ. ആർ. ബിന്ദു പറഞ്ഞു. കോൺട്രിബ്യൂഷൻ ഓഫ് കേരള ടു വേദാന്തദർശന (ഡോ. വി. ശിശുപാല പണിക്കർ), കേരളത്തിന്റെ സാംസ്കാരികപരിണാമം (ഡോ. എസ്. രാജശേഖരൻ), അലങ്കാരദർശിനി ഓഫ് ഗോവിന്ദ (ഡോ. ബി. നിധീഷ് കണ്ണൻ) എന്നിവയാണ് പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്ത പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ.
