കൊച്ചി: പത്താം ക്ലാസ് പാസ്സായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് തുടർ പഠനത്തിന്‌ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്ന തൊഴിൽസാധ്യത ഉള്ള ഒരു കോഴ്‌സാണു ഡിപ്ലോമ ഇൻ വൊക്കേഷൻ അഥവാ ഡി വോക് (D.Voc). ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യൻ കൗൺസിൽ ഫോർ ടെക്നിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ (AICTE) അംഗീകരമുള്ള നാഷണൽ സ്‌കിൽസ് ക്വാളിഫിക്കേഷൻ ഫ്രെയിംവർക് (NSQF) ലെവൽ കോഴ്സാണ് ഇത്. കേരളത്തിൽ ഈ കോഴ്സ് പുതുമയുള്ളതാണ്. മൂന്ന് വർഷം ദൈർഘ്യമുള്ള ഈ കോഴ്സ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത പോളിടെക്‌നിക്കുകളിലാണ് നടത്തുന്നത്. പ്രിന്റിംഗ് ടെക്നോളജി, ഹോസ്പിറ്റാലിറ്റി മാനേജ്മെന്റ്, ഓട്ടോമൊബൈൽ ടെക്നീഷ്യൻ, മൾട്ടിമീഡിയ & ഗ്രാഫിക്സ് എന്നീ വിഷയങ്ങളിലാണ് ഡി വോക്ക് കോഴ്സുകൾ. സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പും അസാപ് കേരളയുമാണ് ഈ കോഴ്സ് കേരളത്തിൽ നടത്തുന്നത്.
സാധാരണ ഡിപ്ലോമ കോഴ്‌സുകളിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ തൊഴിൽ നൈപുണ്യം വളർത്തുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ പരിശീലനം ഓരോ വർഷവും ഈ കോഴ്സിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി നൽകുന്നു. ഓരോ വർഷവും ആറു മാസമാണ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നത് (ഓൺ ജോബ്‌ ട്രെയ്‌നിങ്ങ്). ഈ കോഴ്സിന്റെ പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ പ്രസക്തമായ തൊഴിൽ നൈപുണി വികസിപ്പിക്കുകയും ഈ കഴിവുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഒരു ജോലി കണ്ടെത്താൻ അവരെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക എന്നതാണ്.
ക്ലാസുകൾ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് രണ്ടു മുതൽ വൈകീട്ട് ഏഴ് വരെയാണ് ക്ലാസുകൾ ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കു കൂടി പ്രയോജനം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ പഠന സമയം ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആദ്യ വർഷം വിദ്യാർത്ഥി എൻഎസ്ക്യൂഎഫ് ലെവൽ 3 ആയിട്ടാണ് തുടങ്ങുക. ഈ കോഴ്സിന് മൾട്ടിപ്പിൾ എൻട്രിയും എക്സിറ്റും ഉണ്ട്. അതായത് ഒരു വർഷം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കോഴ്സ് നിർത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ആ വർഷത്തെ എൻഎസ്ക്യൂഎഫ് ലെവൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കും. ഈ കോഴ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ബിടെക് ലാറ്ററൽ എൻട്രി യോഗ്യതയും ലഭിക്കും. മാത്രവുമല്ല, ഈ കോഴ്സ് പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്ക് ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് വൊക്കേഷൻ (B.Voc) ഡിഗ്രി കോഴ്സ് രണ്ടു വർഷം കൊണ്ട് പൂർത്തിയാക്കാം.
അസാപ് കേരളയാണ് ഈ കോഴ്സിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നത്. ഇത് സ്വാശ്രയ കോഴ്സാണ്. പ്രതിവർഷം 37,500 രൂപ. ഫെഡറൽ ബാങ്കിന്റെ സാമൂഹിക പ്രതിബദ്ധതാ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള ധനസഹായത്തോടെ നിലവിൽ അർഹരായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് പഠന സൗകര്യവും ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പട്ടികജാതി വകുപ്പിന്റെ സഹായവും, മറ്റു കമ്പനികളുടെ സി എസ് ആർ ഫണ്ടുകളും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ സഹായിക്കുന്നതിന് ഒരുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പഠന ശേഷം തൊഴിൽ തേടുന്നതിന് വേണ്ട സഹായവും അസാപ് കേരള ഉറപ്പ് നൽകുന്നു.
