Hello,
Hope you are doing well.
I am writing to you on behalf of Experion Technologies, a global leader in product engineering services, to share an employee engagement initiative that showcases Experion’s people-first culture.
This festive season, Experion has launched "Sargam" – the company’s signature arts festival that brings together 1500+ maestros (Experion calls its employees- maestros)for a month of creative expression. From voice-over dubbing to group dance performances, the festival features remote and on-site employees collaborating across hierarchies, turning the workplace into a vibrant celebration of talent.
Please find the details below on behalf of the company:
Experion Technologies wholeheartedly believes in nurturing its employees’ passions outside of work, as this energy translates into their professional lives. This philosophy is beautifully showcased in Sargam, the organisation’s ongoing Experion Arts Festival—a month-long celebration brimming with on-stage and off-stage events that engage employees at all levels. Open to all 1500 employees at Experion and seeing enthusiastic participation from a majority of the workforce, Sargam is creating a vibrant atmosphere for creativity and collaboration, especially as we embrace the festive spirit of Diwali.
Judged by seasoned veterans from the arts community, Sargam features an eclectic mix of activities, including Story Writing, Poem Writing, Pencil Drawing, Face Painting, Collage, Poetry Recitation, Light Music, Group Song, Spot Choreo, Step and Synchro/Screen Dance, Group Dance, Mimicry, Mime/Reels, and Voice Over Dubbing. It is particularly thrilling to see spirited participation from the remote employees, proving that passion knows no bounds.
One of the highlights of Sargam is its inclusivity, where employees, regardless of their hierarchy, unite to showcase their talents. From senior management to the newest campus recruits, everyone is pitching in, fostering camaraderie and fun. This festival is not just a celebration of artistic expression; it reflects the company’s deep respect for its employees’ interests beyond work and its commitment to a flat organizational structure. Sargam truly embodies the Experion Spirit, where every employee is a Maestro, harmonizing their passions in both work and play.
Kind Regards,
