കോന്നി: നാലുവര്ഷത്തിനുള്ളില് കോന്നി മണ്ഡലത്തിലെ മുഴുവന് വീടുകളിലും ശുദ്ധജല കണക്ഷന് ലഭ്യമാക്കുമെന്ന് ജലവിഭവ വകുപ്പ്മന്ത്രി കെ കൃഷ്ണന്കുട്ടി. മെഡിക്കല് കോളജ് കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ഓണ്ലൈന് വഴി നിര്വ്വഹിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു മന്ത്രി. 143 കോടിരൂപ മുതല് മുടക്കില് ആരംഭിച്ച സീതത്തോട് കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതി ദ്രുതഗതിയില് നടക്കുകയാണ്. മൈലപ്ര-മലയാലപ്പുഴ കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഡിപിആറിന് അംഗീകാരം നല്കുന്നതിന് യോഗം ഈ മാസം 28ന് ചേരും. പ്രമാടം, കലഞ്ഞൂര്-ഏനാദിമംഗലം കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതികളുടെ ഡിപിആര് തയാറായി വരികയാണെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
നബാര്ഡ് പദ്ധതിയില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി 13.98 കോടി രൂപയുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായത്തോടെയാണ് കോന്നി മെഡിക്കല് കോളജ് കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതി പൂര്ത്തീകരിച്ചത്. കോന്നി മെഡിക്കല് കോളജിലേക്കും അരുവാപ്പുലം ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിലെ 1,2,14,15 വാര്ഡുകളിലെ 5642 പേര്ക്കും ഒരുപോലെ ഗുണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് മെഡിക്കല് കോളജ് കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതി.
