സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്കിന് 223.10 കോടി രൂപ അറ്റാദായം
കൊച്ചി: 2022-23 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം രണ്ടാം പാദത്തില്‍ സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക് 223.10 കോടി രൂപ അറ്റാദായം നേടി. മുന്‍വര്‍ഷം ഇതേ പാദത്തിലെ 187.06 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നഷ്ടം മറികടന്നാണ് ഈ നേട്ടം. സെപ്തംബറില്‍ അവസാനിച്ച ത്രൈമാസത്തില്‍ 246.43 കോടി രൂപയാണ് നികുതി അടവുകള്‍ക്ക് മുമ്പുള്ള ലാഭം. ഇത് ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ എക്കാലത്തേയും ഉയര്‍ന്ന നേട്ടമാണ്. പാദവാര്‍ഷിക അറ്റ പലിശ വരുമാനം 726.37 കോടി രൂപയാണ്. ഇത് ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ എക്കാലത്തേയും ഉയര്‍ന്ന ത്രൈമാസ അറ്റ പലിശ വരുമാനമാണ്. 3.21 ശതമാനം അറ്റ പലിശ മാര്‍ജിനോടെയുള്ള ഈ നേട്ടം റിട്ടേണ്‍ ഓണ്‍ ഇക്വിറ്റി (ROE) 1707 പോയിന്‍റുകള്‍ ഉയര്‍ത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. റിട്ടേണ്‍ ഓണ്‍ അസ്സെറ്സ് (ROA)
0.36 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 0.64 ശതമാനമായി മികച്ച വാര്‍ഷിക വളര്‍ച്ചയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
മുന്‍വര്‍ഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് കാസ (കറന്‍റ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ആന്‍റ് സേവിങ്സ് അക്കൗണ്ട്) നിക്ഷേപം 14.10 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധിച്ച് 30,548 കോടി രൂപയായി. സേവിങ്സ് നിക്ഷേപം 14 ശതമാനവും കറന്‍റ് നിക്ഷേപം 14.65 ശതമാനവും വര്‍ധിച്ച് യഥാക്രമം 25,538 കോടി രൂപയും 5010 കോടി രൂപയിലുമെത്തി. റീട്ടെയ്ല്‍ നിക്ഷേപം 5.71 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധിച്ച് 87,111 കോടി രൂപയിലും, എന്‍ആര്‍ഐ നിക്ഷേപം 2.52 ശതമാനം വാര്‍ഷിക വളര്‍ച്ചയോടെ 27,500 കോടി രൂപയിലുമെത്തി.
മൊത്തം വായ്പകളില്‍ 16.56 ശതമാനം വാര്‍ഷിക വളര്‍ച്ച കൈവരിച്ചു. കോര്‍പറേറ്റ് വായ്പകളില്‍ 42.07 ശതമാനമാണ് വര്‍ധന. വലിയ കോര്‍പറേറ്റ് വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ എ റേറ്റിങ്ങും അതിനു മുകളിലുമുള്ള അക്കൗണ്ടുകളുടെ വിഹിതം 75 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 93 ശതമാനമായി വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ചു. വാഹന വായ്പകള്‍ 31.07 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധിച്ചു. വ്യക്തിഗത വായ്പകള്‍ 187.21 ശതമാനവും സ്വര്‍ണ വായ്പകള്‍ 36.34 ശതമാനവും വര്‍ധിച്ചു. 1.40 ലക്ഷത്തിലേറെ ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്തതിലൂടെ 472 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വായ്പയും വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
ബിസിനസ് നയങ്ങള്‍ ദിശാമാറ്റങ്ങളോടെ നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ തന്ത്രപ്രധാനമായ നീക്കങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകടനം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ സഹായിച്ചതായി സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക് എംഡിയും സിഇഒയുമായ മുരളി രാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. കാസ, റീട്ടെയ്ല്‍ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങള്‍ എന്നീ വിഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷിത വളര്‍ച്ച നേടാനും കോര്‍പറേറ്റ്, എസ്എംഇ, വാഹന വായ്പ, ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കാര്‍ഡ്, വ്യക്തിഗത വായ്പ, സ്വര്‍ണ വായ്പ എന്നീ വിഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് ആസ്തി ഗുണമേന്മ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താനും കഴിഞ്ഞതായും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ള വായ്പാ വളര്‍ച്ചയിലൂടെ ലാഭസാധ്യത വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന നയപ്രകാരം, 2020 ഒക്ടോബര്‍ മുതല്‍ 33,768 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള വായ്പകളിലൂടെ മൊത്തം വായ്പാ പോര്‍ട്ട്ഫോളിയോയുടെ 50 ശതമാനം പുനര്‍ക്രമീകരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞതായി മുരളി രാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. മേല്‍പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം പുനര്‍ക്രമീകരിച്ച വായ്പകളുടെ അറ്റ പലിശ മാര്‍ജിന്‍ 3.60 ശതമാനത്തിലും മൊത്ത നിഷ്ക്രിയ ആസ്തി 0.03 ശതമാനത്തിലും മാത്രം നിലനിര്‍ത്തിയുമാണ് ഈ നേട്ടമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.
ബാങ്ക് നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ മികച്ച റിക്കവറി സംവിധാനത്തിലൂടെ പുതിയ കിട്ടാക്കടങ്ങള്‍ മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷത്തെ 531.31 കോടി രൂപയില്‍ നിന്ന് 34.09 ശതമാനം കുറഞ്ഞ് 350.17 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തിക്കാന്‍ ബാങ്കിന് സാധിച്ചുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
അറ്റ പലിശ വരുമാനം 37.79 ശതമാനമാണ് വാര്‍ഷിക വര്‍ധന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. പലിശ ഇതര വരുമാനം 62.31 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധിച്ച് 255.10 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തി. 16.04 ശമതാനമാണ് മൂലധന പര്യാപ്തതാ അനുപാതം. നീക്കിയിരുപ്പ് അനുപാതം 65.02 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും വാര്‍ഷികാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ 72.79 ശതമാനമായി വര്‍ധിച്ചു. കാസ അനുപാതം 370 പോയിന്‍റുകള്‍ വര്‍ധിച്ച് 30.8 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 34.5 ശതമാനത്തിലെത്തി. മൊത്ത നിഷ്ക്രിയ ആസ്തി 98 പോയിന്‍റുകള്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ് 6.65 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 5.67 ശതമാനമായും അറ്റ നിഷ്ക്രിയ ആസ്തി 134 പോയിന്‍റുകള്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ് 3.85 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 2.51 ശതമാനമായും നില മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തി.
ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ സി ആര്‍ എ ആര്‍ (CRAR) 15.74 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 16.04 ശതമാനമായി വര്‍ധിച്ചു. മുന്‍നിര ക്രെഡിറ്റ് റേറ്റിങ് ഏജന്‍സികളായ കെയറും ഇന്ത്യാ റേറ്റിങ്ങും ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ റേറ്റിങ് വീക്ഷണം ‘നെഗറ്റീവി’ല്‍ നിന്ന് ‘സ്റ്റേബ്ള്‍’ ആക്കി പരിഷ്ക്കരിച്ചു.
വിശാല വിതരണ ശൃംഖലയും സാങ്കേതിക വൈദഗ്ധ്യവും ഒത്തുചേരുന്ന ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ ശക്തവും വൈവിധ്യപൂര്‍ണ്ണവുമായ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം പുതിയ അവസരങ്ങള്‍ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താനും സാമ്പത്തിക രംഗത്തെ പിരിമുറുക്കം അവസാനിക്കുന്നതോടെ വരും പാദങ്ങളില്‍ ലാഭകരമായ വളര്‍ച്ച കൈവരിക്കാനും ബാങ്കിന് സഹായകമാകുമെന്നും മുരളി രാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
