With this contribution, ICICI Foundation, the Bank’s CSR arm, will set up three new buildings at TMC’s hospitals at Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra, Mullanpur in Punjab and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. It will also equip them with state-of-the-art cancer care machines.

കൊച്ചി: രാജ്യത്തുടനീളം കാന്‍സര്‍ ചികിത്സയും ഗവേഷണ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്ന പ്രമുഖ സ്ഥാപനമായ ടാറ്റ മെമ്മോറിയല്‍ സെന്‍ററിന് (ടിഎംസി) ഐസിഐസിഐ ബാങ്ക് 1200 കോടി രൂപ സംഭാവന നല്‍കും. ഒരു സ്ഥാപത്തില്‍നിന്നു ടിഎംസിക്കു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സംഭാവനയാണിത്.
മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിലെ നവി മുംബൈ, പഞ്ചാബിലെ മുള്ളന്‍പൂര്‍, ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശിലെ വിശാഖപട്ടണം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ ടിഎംസിയുടെ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളില്‍ കെട്ടിടങ്ങളും (മൂന്നു കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും കൂടി 7.5 ലക്ഷം ചതുരശ്രയടി) അത്യാധുനിക മെഡിക്കല്‍ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുമാണ് ബാങ്ക് അവരുടെ സിഎസ്ആര്‍ ഫണ്ടില്‍നിന്നു തുക സംഭാവന ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
ഐസിഐസിഐ ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ സിഎസ്ആര്‍ വിഭാഗമായ ഐസിഐസിഐ ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്‍ ഫോര്‍ ഇന്‍ക്ലൂസീവ് ഗ്രോത്ത് (ഐസിഐസിഐ ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്‍) നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന ഈ സംരംഭം 2027-ഓടെ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാകും. ഓങ്കോളജി ചികിത്സയിലെ മികവിന്‍റെ ഈ പുതിയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍ പ്രതിവര്‍ഷം 25,000 പുതിയ രോഗികള്‍ക്ക് നൂതന ചികിത്സകള്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കും. ഇതുവഴി നിലവിലെ ശേഷി ഇരട്ടിയാക്കുകയും രാജ്യത്തെ കാന്‍സര്‍ ചികിത്സാ മേഖലയിലെ അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യത്തിന് കരുത്ത് നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
ഐസിഐസിഐ ബാങ്ക് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ഗിരീഷ് ചന്ദ്ര ചതുര്‍വേദി, എക്സി്ക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ സന്ദീപ് ബത്ര എന്നിവരുടെ സാന്നിധ്യത്തില്‍ ഐസിഐസിഐ ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് സഞ്ജയ് ദത്തയും ടിഎംസി ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ഡോ. ആര്‍. എ. ബദ്വയും ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച കരാര്‍ ഒപ്പു വച്ചു. ഇതോടൊപ്പം മുംബൈയിലെ ടിഎംസി ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ഐസിഐസിഐ ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്‍ സഹായത്തോടെയുള്ള ഐസിഐസിഐ എംആര്‍ഐ സൗകര്യം ഐസിഐസിഐ ബാങ്ക് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ചതുര്‍വേദി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.
