30 ശതമാനം ലാഭവിഹിതം വിതരണം ചെയ്യാന്‍ ശുപാര്‍ശ
തൃശൂര്‍: മാര്‍ച്ച് 31ന് അവസാനിച്ച 2022-2023 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക് (എസ്‌ഐബി) എക്കാലത്തേയും ഉയര്‍ന്ന ലാഭം നേടി ചരിത്രം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. 775.09 കോടി രൂപയാണ് അറ്റാദായം. മുന്‍വര്‍ഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് 1623.11 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് വര്‍ധനയാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. ലാഭത്തിനു പുറമെ ബിസിനസ്, പലിശ വരുമാനം, മൂലധന ശേഷി, ആസ്തി വരുമാനം തുടങ്ങി എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ബാങ്കിന്റെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയര്‍ന്ന വളര്‍ച്ചയാണ് ഈ കാലയളവില്‍ കൈവരിച്ചത്. ഓഹരി ഉടമകളുടെ അനുമതിക്ക് വിധേയമായി 30 ശതമാനം ലാഭവിഹിതം വിതരണം ചെയ്യാന്‍ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് ശുപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്തു.
മൊത്തം ബിസിനസ് എക്കാലത്തേയും ഉയര്‍ന്ന നേട്ടമായ 1,63,743.42 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തി. അറ്റ പലിശ വരുമാനമായ 3,012.08 കോടി രൂപയും, 17.25 ശതമാനം മൂലധന പര്യാപ്തതാ അനുപാതവും, 76.78 ശതമാനം നീക്കിയിരുപ്പ് അനുപാതവും (എഴുതിത്തള്ളല്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ) ബാങ്കിന്റെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നേട്ടങ്ങളാണ്. 3.30 ശതമാനം അറ്റ പലിശ മാര്‍ജിന്‍ 17 വര്‍ഷത്തെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയര്‍ന്ന നിരക്കാണ്. 0.72 ശതമാനം ആസ്തി വരുമാന അനുപാതവും 11.61 ശതമാനം ഓഹരി വരുമാന അനുപാതവും കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒമ്പത് വര്‍ഷത്തെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയര്‍ന്ന നിരക്കാണ്.
പ്രവര്‍ത്തന വരുമാനത്തില്‍ 20.82 ശതമാനമാണ് വാര്‍ഷിക വര്‍ധന. ഇത് മുന്‍വര്‍ഷത്തെ 1,248.57 കോടി രൂപയില്‍ നിന്ന് 1,507.33 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തി. നിഷ്‌ക്രിയ ആസ്തി അക്കൗണ്ടുകളിലെ റിക്കവറി 1464 കോടി രൂപയില്‍ നിന്ന് 1814 കോടി രൂപയായി വര്‍ധിച്ചു. മൊത്ത നിഷ്‌ക്രിയ ആസ്തി 76 പോയിന്റുകള്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ് 5.90 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 5.14 ശതമാനമായും, അറ്റ നിഷ്‌ക്രിയ ആസ്തി 111 പോയിന്റുകള്‍ കുറഞ്ഞ് 2.97 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 1.86 ശതമാനമായും നിലവാരം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തി.
കാസ (കറന്റ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ആന്റ് സേവിങ്‌സ് അക്കൗണ്ട്) രണ്ട് ശതമാനം വാര്‍ഷിക വളര്‍ച്ച നേടി. റീട്ടെയ്ല്‍ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങള്‍ അഞ്ച് ശതമാനവും എന്‍ആര്‍ഐ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങള്‍ മൂന്ന് ശതമാനവും വര്‍ധിച്ചു.
മൊത്തം വായ്പകള്‍ 17 ശതമാനം വാര്‍ഷിക വളര്‍ച്ച കൈവരിച്ചു. കോര്‍പറേറ്റ് വായ്പകളില്‍ 39 ശതമാനമാണ് വാര്‍ഷിക വര്‍ധന. ഇവയില്‍ എ റേറ്റിങും അതിനു മുകളിലുമുള്ള അക്കൗണ്ടുകളുടെ വിഹിതം 89 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 95 ശതമാനമായി വര്‍ധിച്ചു. വ്യക്തിഗത വായ്പകള്‍ 116 ശതമാനവും സ്വര്‍ണ വായ്പകള്‍ 28.26 ശതമാനവും വര്‍ധിച്ചു. 2.05 ലക്ഷത്തിലേറെ ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്തതിലൂടെ 796 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വായ്പയും വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
2022-23 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം നാലാം പാദത്തിലും ബാങ്കിന്റെ അറ്റാദായം വര്‍ധിച്ചു. മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷം നാലാം പാദത്തിലെ 272.04 കോടി രൂപയില്‍ നിന്ന് 22.74 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധനയോടെ 333.89 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തി. നാലാം പാദ പ്രവര്‍ത്തന വരുമാനം 95.02 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധിച്ച് 561.55 കോടി രൂപയായി. മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷം ഇത് 287 കോടി രൂപയായിരുന്നു.
ഓഹരി വരുമാന അനുപാതം പാദവാര്‍ഷികാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ 1387 പോയിന്റുകള്‍ വര്‍ധിച്ച് 6.42 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 20.29 ശതമാനമായി. ആസ്തി വരുമാന അനുപാതം 87 പോയിന്റുകള്‍ വര്‍ധിച്ച് 0.39 ശമതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്നും 1.26 ശതമാനത്തിലുമെത്തി. അറ്റ പലിശ മാര്‍ജിന്‍ 15 പോയിന്റുകള്‍ വര്‍ധിച്ച് 3.52 ശമതാനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് 3.67 ശതമാനത്തിലെത്തി. അറ്റ പലിശ വരുമാനം 3.88 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധനയോടെ 825.15 കോടി രുപയില്‍ നിന്നും 857.18 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തി.
ആസ്തി ഗുണമേന്മയിലും കളക്ഷന്‍ കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കുന്നതിലും ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചതിലൂടെ നീക്കിയിരുപ്പുകള്‍ 41 കോടി രൂപയില്‍ നിന്നും 39 കോടി രൂപയാക്കി പാദവാര്‍ഷികാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ കുറയ്ക്കാനും സാധിച്ചു.
ബാങ്കിന്റെ ബിസിനസ് തന്ത്രങ്ങളാണ് ഈ മികച്ച പ്രകടനത്തിന് സഹായകമായതെന്ന് എസ്‌ഐബി എംഡിയും സിഇഒയുമായ മുരളി രാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. കോര്‍പറേറ്റ്, എംഎസ്എംഇ, വാഹന വായ്പ, ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കാര്‍ഡ്, വ്യക്തിഗത വായ്പ, സ്വര്‍ണ വായ്പ തുടങ്ങി എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ള ആസ്തി സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിലായിരുന്നു ശ്രദ്ധകേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചതെന്നും ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട വളര്‍ച്ച കൈവരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ള വായ്പാ വളര്‍ച്ചയിലൂടെ ലാഭസാധ്യത വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന പ്രഖ്യാപിത നയത്തിന് അനുസൃതമായി 2020 ഒക്ടോബര്‍ മുതല്‍ ബാങ്കിന് അതിന്റെ വായ്പാ പോര്‍ട്ട്‌ഫോളിയോയുടെ 58 ശതമാനം, അതായത് 41,566 കോടി രൂപ പുനര്‍ക്രമീകരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞതായും ഇപ്രകാരം പുനര്‍ക്രമീകരിച്ച വായ്പാ പോര്‍ട്ട്‌ഫോളിയോയില്‍ വെറും 0.09 ശതമാനം മാത്രമാണ് മൊത്ത നിഷ്‌ക്രിയ ആസ്തിയെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം അറിയിച്ചു.
വാര്‍ഷിക പൊതുയോഗത്തില്‍ ഓഹരി ഉടമകളുടെ അനുമതിക്ക് വിധേയമായി 30 ശതമാനം ലാഭവിഹിതം വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനും ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് ശുപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്തു. നേരത്തെ, സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം 2019ല്‍ 25 ശതമാനമായിരുന്നു ലാഭ വിഹിതം.
ഈ മികച്ച പ്രകടനത്തില്‍ പങ്കുവഹിച്ച ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഓഹരി ഉടമകള്‍ക്കും ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്കും ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്കും മുരളി രാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ നന്ദി അറിയിച്ചു.
