കൊച്ചി: മുത്തൂറ്റ് മൈക്രോഫിന്‍ ലിമിറ്റഡിന്‍റെ പ്രാഥമിക ഓഹരി വില്‍പന (ഐപിഒ) ഡിസംബര്‍ 18 മുതല്‍ 20 വരെ നടക്കും. ഐപിഒയിലൂടെ 960 കോടി രൂപ സമാഹരിക്കാനാണ് കമ്പനി ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. 760 കോടി രൂപയുടെ പുതിയ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളും നിലവിലുള്ള ഓഹരി ഉടമകളുടെ 200 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളുടെ ഓഫര്‍ ഫോര്‍ സെയിലുമാണ് ഐപിഒയില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
പുതിയ ഓഹരികളിലൂടെ സമാഹരിക്കുന്ന തുക കമ്പനിയുടെ ഭാവി മൂലധന ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിനായി മൂലധന അടിത്തറ വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുക.
200 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഓഫര്‍ ഫോര്‍ സെയിലില്‍ പ്രമോട്ടര്‍മാരായ തോമസ് ജോണ്‍ മുത്തൂറ്റിന്‍റെ 16.36 കോടി രൂപയുടെയും തോമസ് മുത്തൂറ്റിന്‍റെ 16.38 കോടി രൂപയുടെയും തോമസ് ജോര്‍ജ് മുത്തൂറ്റിന്‍റെ 16.36 കോടി രൂപയുടെയും പ്രീതി ജോണ്‍ മുത്തൂറ്റിന്‍റെ 33.74 കോടി രൂപയുടെയും റെമി തോമസിന്‍റെ 33.39 രൂപയുടെയും നീന ജോര്‍ജിന്‍റെ 33.77 രൂപയുടെയും ഓഹരികള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നു. നിക്ഷേപകരായ ഗ്രേറ്റര്‍ പസഫിക് ക്യാപിറ്റല്‍ 50 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഓഹരികള്‍ വിറ്റഴിക്കും.
10 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരി ഒന്നിന് 277 രൂപ മുതല്‍ 291 രൂപ വരെയാണ് പ്രൈസ് ബാന്‍ഡ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കുറഞ്ഞത് 51 ഓഹരികള്‍ക്കും തുടര്‍ന്ന് 51ന്റെ ഗുണിതങ്ങള്‍ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. ഓഹരികള്‍ എന്‍എസ്ഇയിലും ബിഎസ്ഇയിലും ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും. ഐസിഐസിഐ സെക്യൂരിറ്റീസ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്, ആക്സിസ് ക്യാപിറ്റല്‍ ലിമിറ്റഡ്, ജെഎം ഫിനാന്‍ഷ്യല്‍ ലിമിറ്റഡ്, എസ്ബിഐ ക്യാപിറ്റല്‍ മാര്‍ക്കറ്റ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് എന്നിവരാണ് ഐപിഒയുടെ ബുക്ക് റണ്ണിംഗ് ലീഡ് മാനേജര്‍മാര്‍.
