കൊച്ചി: ഓഹരിയാക്കി മാറ്റാന്‍ കഴിയാത്ത കടപ്പത്രങ്ങളുടെ (എന്‍ സി ഡി) വില്പനയിലൂടെ 5,000 കോടി രൂപ സമാഹരിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങി ചോളമണ്ഡലം ഫിനാന്‍സ്. ആദ്യ ഘട്ടമായി 1000 കോടി രൂപയാണ് സമാഹരിക്കുന്നത്. ഏപ്രില്‍ 25ന് ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന ആദ്യ വില്പന മേയ് ഒമ്പതിന് അവസാനിക്കും. 1000 രൂപയാണ് കടപ്പത്രങ്ങളുടെ മുഖവില. ചോളമണ്ഡലം ഫിനാൻസിന്റെ പ്രഥമ പബ്ലിക് ഇഷ്യുവാണ് ഇത്. റേറ്റിങ് ഏജന്‍സികളായ ഇന്ത്യ റേറ്റിങ്‌സിന്റെയും ഇക്രയുടെയും എ എ പ്ലസ് (സ്റ്റേബിള്‍) റേറ്റിങ് ആണ് ചോളമണ്ഡലം എന്‍.സി.ഡി.കള്‍ക്കുള്ളത്. 8.40 ശതമാനം വരെ വാര്‍ഷിക പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്ന നിക്ഷേപ അവസരങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്. 22 മാസം, 37 മാസം, 60 മാസം എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള കാലാവധിയില്‍ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഇഷ്യുവിന് ശേഷം എന്‍.സി.ഡി.കള്‍ ബോംബെ സ്റ്റോക്ക് എക്സ്ചേഞ്ചിലും (ബിഎസ്ഇ) നാഷണൽ സ്റ്റോക്ക് എക്സ്ചേഞ്ചിലും (എൻഎസ്ഇ) ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും.
