p dir=”ltr”>പരീക്ഷണാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എച്ച് ആൻഡ് ആർ ബ്ലോക്ക് ഇതിനകം തന്നെ അസാപിന്റെ ഇ എ ബാച്ചിൽ നിന്ന് എട്ട് ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് നിയമനം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ വർഷം 400 ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളെ നിയമിക്കാനാണ് കമ്പനി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ഈ മേഖലയിലെ മൾട്ടി നാഷണൽ കമ്പനികളെ കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് ആകർഷിക്കുന്നതിന് യു എസ് ടാക്സേഷനിൽ വൈദഗ്ധ്യമുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളുടെ നിര വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടു കൊണ്ടാണ് അസാപ് കേരള ഈ കോഴ്സ് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഈ വർഷം 1000 ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളെ പരിശീലിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് അസാപ് കേരള ലക്ഷ്യം. ഇക്കാലയളവിൽ അമേരിക്കയിലെ നികുതി ഫയൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ട സമയങ്ങളിലെ തിരക്കിനനുസരിച്ചു സീസണൽ ഹയറിങ് നടത്താൻ എച്ച് ആന്റ് ആർ ബ്ലോക്ക് സമ്മതിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. സെപ്തംബർ മുതൽ മാർച്ച് വരെ നീളുന്ന യുഎസ് നികുതി സീസൺ. സീസണൽ ജീവനക്കാരായി നിയമിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വീട്ടിലിരുന്നോ വീടിനടുത്തോ ജോലി ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അവസരവും കമ്പനി നൽകും. സെപ്തംബർ മുതൽ മാർച്ച് വരെ നീളുന്നതാണ് യുഎസ് നികുതി സീസൺ. സമീപ ഭാവിയിൽ തന്നെ 4,000 പേർക്ക് അവസരം ഉണ്ടാകും.
