എസ്ബിഐഭവനവായ്പകള്‍ക്ക് 0.25 ശതമാനംപലിശഇളവ്

കൊച്ചി: എസ്ബിഐ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഭവന വായ്പകള്‍ ആറു ട്രില്യണ്‍ രൂപ കടന്നു. ഈ നേട്ടം കൈവരിച്ചതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായും ആഘേഷ വേളയോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ചും ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ ഭവന വായ്പകള്‍ക്ക് 0.25 ശതമാനം ഇളവും അനുവദിച്ചു. 8.40 ശതമാനം മുതലാണ് ഇതനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിരക്കുകള്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്.

2023 ജനുവരി 31 വരെയുള്ള ഭവന വായ്പകള്‍ക്ക് പ്രോസ്സിങ് ഫീസില്‍ ഇളവും നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ടോപ് അപ് വായ്പകള്‍ക്ക് 0.15 ശതമാനവും വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഈടിന്‍മേലുളള വായ്പകള്‍ക്ക് 0.30 ശതമാനവും ഇളവ് നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍ നടത്തിയ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ രംഗത്തെ നീക്കങ്ങളാണ് ആറു ട്രില്യണ്‍ രൂപ എന്ന നേട്ടം കൈവരിക്കാന്‍ സഹായിച്ചതെന്ന് ഇതേക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രതികരിക്കവെ എസ്ബിഐ ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ദിനേഷ് ഖാര പറഞ്ഞു.
