രാജ്യത്തിലെ ഇടത് പക്ഷ പാർട്ടികളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പോരാട്ട വിജയമായിരുന്നു ബീഹാറിലേത് മത്സരിച്ച 19 സീറ്റുകളിൽ 12 സീറ്റിലും ചരിത്രവിജയം നേടിയ സി പി ഐ (എം എൽ ) ലിബറേഷൻ മഹാസംഖ്യത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി മത്സരിച്ചിട്ടു എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഭരണതലത്തിൽ എത്തിയില്ല ഭാവി രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ ഇടതുപാർട്ടികളുടെ പങ്ക് എന്തായിരിക്കും? ഇടതു രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും മാറ്റം വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ? ദ്രാവിഡൻ ചിഫ് എഡിറ്റർ രാമദാസ് കതിരൂരുമായി സി‌പി‌ഐ-എം‌എൽ ദേശീയ ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ദിപങ്കർ ഭട്ടാചാര്യയുമായി സംസാരിച്ചു. സംഭാഷണത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ഭാഗങ്ങൾ

ഇത്തവണ ബീഹാറിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് പ്രത്യേകതയുണ്ട്. അതൊരു തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പല്ല, രാഷ്ടീയ പോരാട്ടമായിരുന്നു പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിലേക്ക് യുവാക്കളുടെ ആവിർഭാവം അവരുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മ അടക്കമുള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉയർത്തി കൊണ്ട് വന്നു അതിൻ്റെ ഫലമായി യുവജനങ്ങളെ പാർട്ടിയോടപ്പം നിർത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു അത് മൊത്തം ഇടതുപക്ഷത്തിനും അനുകൂലമായി തീർന്നു. നിരവധി വർഷങ്ങളായി ഇടതുപക്ഷം നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയം മുദ്രാവാക്യങ്ങളോട് അടുത്ത കാലത്തായി ജനങ്ങൾ ഐക്യപ്പെട്ട് തുടങ്ങി അവരത് പരശ് പരം സംസാരിക്കുന്നു,
നിതീഷ്-മോദിയുടെ ഇരട്ട എഞ്ചിൻ പിടിപ്പിച്ച സർക്കാർ ഡ്രൈവർ ഇല്ലാതെ ഓടി. ജനങ്ങൾ അവരെ വിശ്വാസി ത്തിലെടുക്കാതെയായി . ഞങ്ങൾ ഇതിനകം ആളുകളെ സഹായിക്കുന്നു. അതിനുശേഷമാണ് ശക്തമായ സഖ്യം രൂപീകരിച്ചത് വോട്ട് വിഭജിക്കാതെ നിലനിർത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞും. അത്തരം രീതിയിലാണ് ബീഹാറിൽ മികച്ച പ്രകടനം നടത്താൻ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞത്.

ഇത്തവണ ഞങ്ങൾ വളരെ മുന്നേ തന്നെ സംഘടനാ സംവിധാനം കുറ്റമറ്റ രീതിയിൽ സജ്ജമാക്കി. ബിജെപി ഞങ്ങളൾക്കെതിരെ ആവർത്തിച്ച് നുണ പ്രചരണം നടത്തി. അത്തരം ആരോപണത്തിനുശേഷം, ആളുകൾ അത് വിലയിരുത്തി, ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും ദരിദ്രർക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് അവർക്കറിയാമായിരുന്നല്ലോ. ജെ പി നാദാജിയുടെ പാർട്ടിയോട് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നന്ദിയുണ്ട്. കാരണംബീഹാറിൽ നിന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങി കഴിഞ്ഞും രാജ്യത്തുടനീളം ഇടതുപക്ഷം അതിശക്തമായി ഉയർന്ന് വരികയാണ് ഉയർന്നുവരേണ്ട സമയം എത്രമാത്രം അതിക്രമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സാമ്പത്തിക നയങ്ങളുടെ വഴി

അത്തരം ഭയത്തിൽ നിന്നാവാം റീ കൗണ്ടിംഗ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടും അതിന് തയ്യറാവാതിരുന്നത് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് മുമ്പിൽ വെച്ച ആവശ്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം അവർ നിരസിച്ചു

പല സീറ്റുകളിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ സഖ്യം വളരെ ചെറിയ വോട്ട് വ്യത്യാസത്തിൽ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു.അതും പരിശോധിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് ബൂത്ത് തിരിച്ചുള്ള കണക്കുകൾ ശേഖരിക്കാൻ നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട് .വോട്ട് വീണ്ടും എണ്ണണമെന്ന ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യം നിരസിക്കപ്പെട്ടു, എന്നാൽ ഇവ പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ ഒരു മാസം മുമ്പ് വരെ എല്ലാവരും പറയുന്നത് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഒരു പോരാട്ടവുമില്ല എന്നാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് നോക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ഇപ്പോൾ ഇവിടെ പോരാട്ടമുണ്ടെന്ന് അവർക്ക് സമ്മതിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു

ബീഹാർ മോദിയുടെ അധികാരത്തിന്റെ പിടിയിലാണ് പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന് ഇടമില്ല. എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും അവർ കൈവശപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അത്തരമൊരു സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ബീഹാർ പോലുള്ള സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ശക്തമായ എതിർപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാവുക സാധാരണയാണല്ലോ

കോൺഗ്രസിന് നൽകിയ 70 സീറ്റുകൾ കൃത്യമായി കാമ്പയിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ അവർക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. കോൺഗ്രസിന് സീറ്റുകൾ നിലനിർത്താനൊ പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാനോ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല അവർ മത്സരിച്ച ഇടങ്ങളിൽ വലിയ വോട്ടിനാണ് പരാജയ പ്പെട്ടത് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കുറച്ച് സീറ്റുകൾ കൂടി നേടാൻ കഴിയുമായിരിന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ പരാജയപ്പെട്ട ഇടങ്ങിളി ലെല്ലാം നേരിയ വോട്ട് മാത്രമെ എതിരാളികൾക്ക് ഭൂരിപക്ഷമുള്ളൂ

ആർ‌ജെ‌ഡിക്ക് സ്വന്തമായി കുറച്ച് സീറ്റുകളിൽ കൂടി മത്സരിക്കാമായിരുന്നു.

ഞങ്ങൾ അമിതമായി പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് കരുതുന്നത് ചിലർ ഒവൈസിയെ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. എല്ലാവർക്കും ജനാധിപത്യത്തിൽ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ മത്സരിക്കാം. ഇതിനെ എതിർക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. വോട്ടറെ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്താനാവില്ല. ഹൈദരാബാദിൽ മാത്രമുള്ള ഒവൈസിയുടെ പാർട്ടിക്ക് ബീഹാറിൽ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് സ്ഥാനം ലഭിക്കുന്നത് എന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഞങ്ങൾ വ്യത്യസ്തമായി നോക്കണം. മിക്ക പാർട്ടികളും പുതുതലമുറ മുസ്‌ലിംകളുമായി ആശയവിനിമയം നടത്താൻ ഒരു വലിയ കാരണമുണ്ട് അതാണ് പരിശോദിക്കേണ്ടത്

മുസ്ലീം ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളുമായി കോൺഗ്രസ് ആശയവിനിമയം നടത്തണം. ആശയവിനിമയത്തിന്റെയും വിശ്വാസത്തിന്റെയും അഭാവമുണ്ട്. മിക്ക പ്രതിപക്ഷ പാർട്ടികളും മുസ്‌ലിംകളുടെ വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രത്യയശാസ്ത്രപരമായ സമ്മർദ്ദത്തിലാണ്. ഈ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെ പോരാടണം. സി‌എ‌എ-എൻ‌ആർ‌സിയിൽ ആരും സംസാരിച്ചില്ല.
കോൺഗ്രസ്സ് പോലും
മുസ്ലീമിന്റെ വിഷയമായി മാത്രം ചുരുക്കി കണ്ടു ഭരണഘടനയുടെ വിഷയമായാണ് കാണേണ്ടിയിരുന്നത്.
ഇതെല്ലാം ആത്മപരിശോധന നടത്തണം. സാഹചര്യത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മാറുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും ഒരു പോരാട്ടം മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ – പാവങ്ങൾക്ക്. ആദ്യം ആരംഭിച്ചത് ദരിദ്രരോടുള്ള ബഹുമാനത്തോടെയാണ്. പിന്നെ മിഡിൽ ക്ലാസിന് വേണ്ടി പോരാടി. എഴുപതുകളിൽ ഒരു കട്ടിലിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നത് പോലും പ്രശ്നമായിരുന്നു. എൺപതുകളിൽ വോട്ടിംഗ് ഒരു പ്രശ്നമായി മാറി. പിന്നീട് വേതനം ചോദിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു ചോദ്യമായി. ഇന്ന് ഒരേ വേലയ്ക്ക് തുല്യവേതനം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ആരോഗ്യം എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രശ്നം അടിസ്ഥാന വിദ്യാഭ്യസം പോലും ലഭ്യമല്ല ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയിൽ ആരോഗ്യ രംഗത്ത് യാതൊരു നടപടിയു കാണാനില്ല
സ്വകാര്യ വത്ക്കരണ നയങ്ങളോടും സംവരണ വിഷയത്തിലും ഞങ്ങൾ ജനങ്ങളോട് നിരന്തരം സംസാരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്
