തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണത്തെ തടയാൻ കേരള സർക്കാർ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് തീവെട്ടിക്കൊള്ളകൾ പുറത്തുവരാതിരിക്കാനാണെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര വിദേശ-പാർലമെന്ററികാര്യ സഹമന്ത്രി വി.മുരളീധരൻ. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണത്തിനുള്ള മുൻകൂർ അനുമതി പിൻവലിക്കാനുള്ള സർക്കാരിന്റെ തീരുമാനം കൊണ്ട് ഒരു പ്രയോജനവുമുണ്ടാകില്ലെന്നും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് നടന്ന വാർത്താസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ലൈഫ്മിഷൻ അഴിമതി കേസാണ് സി.ബി.ഐയെ എതിർക്കാൻ സർക്കാരിനെ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചത്. കരാറുകാരായ യൂണിടാക്കിന്റെ ഉടമകളെ പ്രതിചേർത്ത കേസ് അട്ടിമറിക്കാനാണ് സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ സി.ബി.ഐക്കെതിരെ കോടതിയിൽ പോയത്. കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാരിന്റെ പരിധിയിലുള്ള എഫ്.സി.ആർ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള കേസുകളിൽ ഒരു തടസവും സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനാവില്ല. ഡൽഹി സ്പെഷ്യൽ എസ്റ്റാബ്ലിഷ്മെന്റ് നിയമം അനുസരിച്ചാണ് അന്വേഷണം ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന കേസുകൾ സി.ബി.ഐ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നത്. യൂണിയൻ ലിസ്റ്റിലുള്ള കേസുകൾ അന്വേഷിക്കാനുള്ള പരിപൂർണ്ണമായ അധികാരം സി.ബി.ഐക്കുണ്ട്. സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചും കോടതി ഉത്തരവിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും സി.ബി.ഐക്ക് കേസ് അന്വേഷിക്കാം. സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന് അഴിമതി നിരോധന നിയമത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെടാം. കതിരൂർ മനോജ് വധ കേസിലും ഷുഹൈബ് വധ കേസിലും പെരിയ ഇരട്ടകൊലപാതക കേസിലും സർക്കാർ സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണത്തെ എതിർത്തു. ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് രൂപയാണ് സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷണത്തെ എതിർക്കാൻ സർക്കാർ കോടതിയിൽ ചിലവഴിച്ചത്. ടി.പി ചന്ദ്രശേഖരൻ വധത്തിന്റെ ഗൂഢാലോചന അന്വേഷണത്തിലും സി.പി.എമ്മും സർക്കാരും സി.ബി.ഐയെ എതിർക്കുകയാണ്. എന്നാൽ കേരളത്തിൽ സി.ബി.ഐയെ എതിർക്കുന്നവർ ദേശീയതലത്തിൽ അതിനെ അനുകൂലിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് മുരളീധരൻ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ബംഗാളിലെ ശാരദ ചിട്ടിഫണ്ട് തട്ടിപ്പ് സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷിക്കാൻ സീതാറാം യെച്ചൂരി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ആന്ധ്രയിലെ അമരാവതി ഭൂമി ഇടപാട് സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷിക്കാൻ അവിടുത്തെ സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. പൊള്ളാച്ചി പീഡനം, അസീമാനന്ദക്കെതിരെയുള്ള കേസ് എന്നിവ സി.ബി.ഐ അന്വേഷിക്കണമെന്ന് സി.പി.എം നേതാക്കൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രേരിതം എന്ന വാക്ക് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മലയാളികളെ പറ്റിക്കാമെന്ന് സി.പി.എം കരുതണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാക്കൾ ജമാഅത്തെ ഇസ്ലാമിയുടെ നേതാക്കളുമായി നടത്തിയ ചർച്ച ഗൗരവതരമാണ്. മതതീവ്രവാദ സംഘടനയായ ജമാഅത്തെ ഇസ്ലാമിയുമായുള്ള രഹസ്യബാന്ധവം രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ അറിവോടെയാണോയെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കണം. രാഹുൽ കേരളത്തിൽ വന്നുപോയതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചാണ് ചർച്ച നടന്നത്. കോൺഗ്രസ് ദേശീയ നേതൃത്വത്തിന്റെ അറിവോടെയാണോ രാജ്യത്തെ തകർക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന മതതീവ്രവാദ സംഘടനകളുമായി സംസ്ഥാന നേതൃത്വം ചർച്ച നടത്തുന്നതെന്ന് അവർ പറയണം. കുമ്മനം രാജശേഖരനെതിരായ നീക്കം തുടക്കത്തിലേ പാളിപോയെന്ന് മുരളീധരൻ പറഞ്ഞു. കുമ്മനതിനെതിരെ പരാതി ഒന്നും നൽകിയില്ലെന്ന് പരാതിക്കാരൻ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും ആർക്ക് വേണ്ടിയാണ് കുമ്മനത്തെ പ്രതിയാക്കിയത്? കേരള പൊലീസിലെ സി.പി.എം ഫ്രാക്ഷന്റെ തീരുമാനമാണോ അതോ സി.പി.എം ഉന്നത നേതൃത്വത്തിന്റെ തീരുമാനമാണോ ഇതെന്ന് സർക്കാർ വ്യക്തമാക്കണമെന്ന് മുരളീധരൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
