കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ വേണ്ട വൈദ്യുതി 56.22 ദശലക്ഷം യൂണിറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതി ഉൽപ്പാദനത്തിൽ മിച്ച സംസ്ഥാന മായിരുന്നു 1987 വരെ കേരളം 87 മുതൽ 2020 ആകുപോഴേക്കും അന്യസംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെയും സ്വകാര്യ വൈദ്യുതി നിലയങ്ങളേയും ആശ്രയിക്കേണ്ട അവസ്ഥയിലാണ് സംസ്ഥാനം 6653 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വൈദ്യുതിയാണ് മറ്റ് ഊർജ്ജ സ്രോതസുകളിൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങിയത് നമ്മുടെ പ്രതിദിന ഉത്പാദനം 13.80 ദശലക്ഷം യൂനിറ്റും കഴിച്ച് ബാക്കി വരുന്ന വൈദ്യുതി നാം വില കൊടുത്ത് വാങ്ങി ഉയർന്ന വിലക്ക് ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾക്ക് മറിച്ച് വിൽക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് തദ്ദേശീയ വൈദ്യുതി ഉത്പാദനത്തിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ട് ദശകങ്ങളായി വർദ്ദിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് വെറും 275 മെഗാവാട്ട് മാത്രവും. വളരെ രസകരമായൊരു കാര്യം ആയിരത്തോളം എൻജിനിയർ മാരും മറ്റ് ജീവനക്കാരുടെയും പ്രതിവർഷ ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് എന്നത് കേവലം ഗ്രാ മെഗാവാട്ട് മാത്രം എന്ന താണത്.
സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്ത് നിന്ന് ഒരു യൂനിറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതിക്ക് ബോർഡിചിലവ് 9.38 രൂപ വരുമ്പോൾ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിർമ്മിക്കുമ്പോൾ 1. 24 രൂപ മാത്രമെണെന്ന് ഓർക്കണം സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിർമ്മാണത്തിലിരിക്കുന്ന 764.6095 മെഗാവാട്ട് ശേഷിയുള്ള വിവിധ വൈദ്യുതി ഉത്പാദന പദ്ധതികൾ നിശ്ചലമാക്കിയാണ് മറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതി സ്രോതസുകളിൽ കൂടിയ വിലക്ക് കേരളം വാങ്ങുന്നത് നിർമ്മാണത്തിലിരിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതികൾ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചാൽ തന്നെ കേരളത്തിൽ 18 മില്യൻ യൂനിറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതിയുടെ ഉത്പാദനമാണ് സാധ്യമാവുക അത്തരം സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം മാത്രം 6653 കോടി രൂപ വൈദ്യുതി വാങ്ങാൻ ചില വഴിച്ചത് ഇത്തരമൊരു വസ്തുത നിലവിലിരിക്കേ തന്നെ കെ.എസ്സ്.ഇ.ബി യുടെ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വർഷത്തെ മാത്രം നഷ്ടം 504 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ഇടത് മുന്നണിയുടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രകടന പത്രികയിൽ നഷ്ടത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ലാഭത്തിലാക്കുമെന്ന വാഗ്ദാനം വെറുതെയെങ്കിലും ആരു ഓർമ്മിച്ച് പോകരുത് 313 കോടിയിൽ നിന്ന് 504 കോടിയിലെത്തിയ കെ.എസ്സ്.ഇ.ബിയുടെ നഷ്ടം പ്രകടനപത്രികയിൽ എഴുതി പിടിപ്പിച്ചത് 1200 മെഗാവാട്ട് ശേഷിയുടെ തെർമ്മൽ നിലയവും, 300 മെഗാവാട്ട് ശേഷിയുള്ള വിവിധ ജല വൈദ്യുതി പദ്ധതികളും 1000 മെഗാവോട്ട് ശേഷിയുള്ള സോളാർ പദ്ധതികളും എന്നായിരുന്നു .വൈദ്യുതിയുടെ സ്വയംപര്യാപ്തത എന്ന മനോഹര തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് വാഗ്ദാനം മറന്ന് കളയാൻ നമ്മോട് പറയുന്നു ഇടത് സർക്കാർ അധികാരത്തിൽ വന്ന ദിവസം വൈദ്യുതി ചാർജ് ഇനത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചത് 10914 കോടിയിൽ നിന്ന് 2019 -20 ൽ എത്തിയപ്പോഴേക്കും 504 കോടിയിലേക്കാണ് നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചത് ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ശമ്പളത്തിന് ചില വഴിച്ചതോ 3196 കോടിയും
മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി അഴിമതിയുടെ കാര്യത്തിലുമുണ്ട് കേരളത്തിൽ ഏറെ വ്യത്യസ്തത ഒരു പദ്ധതി തിക്കായ് നീക്കി വെക്കുന്ന തുകയിൽ നിന്ന് പകുതിയിലേറെ തട്ടിയെടുക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യക്ഷ അഴിമതിയിൽ നിന്ന് പങ്ക് പറ്റൽ അഴിമതിയാണ് സർക്കാറിൻ്റെ അഴിമതി വിദഗ്ദത നിർമ്മാണത്തിലിരിക്കുന്ന ഊർജ്ജ നിലയങ്ങൾ പൂർത്തികരിക്കാതെ മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും സ്വകാര്യ ഊർജ്ജ സ്രോതസുകളിൽ നിന്ന് വാങ്ങി അതിൻ്റെ കമ്മീഷനും വിഹിതവും വാങ്ങുക എന്നതാണ്.നിർമ്മാണത്തിലിരിക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതികളെ കുറിച്ച് പരിശോദിച്ചാൽ നമ്മുക്കത് മനസിലാവും .പദ്ധതികൾക്ക് ഭരണാനുമതി ലഭിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം കരാർ ക്ഷണിച്ച് ചിട്ടപടി കലാപരിപാടികൾ നടത്തിയതിന് ശേഷം പരശ് പരം ധാരണയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പത്ത് ശതമാനം കരാറുകാരൻ കൈപറ്റുന്നു അതിനൊരു ഓമന പേരുണ്ട് മൊബിലൈസേഷൻ നേരത്തെയുള്ള ധാരണക്കനുസരിച്ച് 30 ശതമാനം രാഷട്രീയക്കാർക്കും 35 ശതമാനം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും കഴിച്ച് ബാക്കി വരുന്ന 35 ശതമാനം കൊണ്ട് നാട്ടുകാരുടെ താൽക്കാലിക ശമനത്തിനായ് പദ്ധതി പ്രദേശത്ത് ചെറിയ ചില മണ്ണിടൽ പണികൾ ആരംഭിക്കും കൃത്യമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന സാങ്കേതിക ത്വങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് വർഷങ്ങളോളം പദ്ധതിയുടെ നിർമ്മാണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഇഴഞ് നീങ്ങും പള്ളിവാസൽ എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ പദ്ധതി 2011 ൽ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു 2010 ൽ വാങ്ങിച്ച യന്ത്രസാമഗ്ര കിൾ തുരമ്പെടുത്തു എന്നല്ലാത്തെ പള്ളിവാസൽ പദ്ധതി രേഖകൾ മാത്രമായി വാങ്ങിയ യന്ത്ര സമാഗ്രികളുടെ വാറണ്ടി കാലാവധിയും കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുകയാണ്. പദ്ധതി നിർമ്മാണം നീണ്ട് പോകുന്നതിനശരിച്ച് വർഷാവർഷം 500 കോടി രൂപ കരാറുകാർക്ക് പൊതുഖജനാവിൽ നിന്ന് നൽകണം ഈ 500 കോടിയുടെ വിഹിതങ്ങൾ വളരെ കൃത്യമായി ഭരണ വർഗ്ഗ പാർട്ടിക്കും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും നൽകണം കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ പഴശ്ശി പദ്ധതി 1993 ൽ കമ്മീഷൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു 20 ശതമാനം പോലും ഇപ്പോഴും പണി പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല തൊട്ടിയാർ ചാത്തങ്കോട്ട് നട പദ്ധതി 2012 ൽ കമ്മീഷൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു ചെങ്കുളം ഓഗെ മറ്റേഷൻ പദ്ധതി യടക്കം ഡസൻ കണക്കിന് പദ്ധതികളാണ് പൊതു പണം തിന്ന് തീർക്കുന്നത് പെരിങ്ങൽ കുത്തും ഭൂതത്താൻകെട്ടും വൈദ്യുതി വകുപ്പിൻ്റെ ശ്മശാനങ്ങളാണ് ഒട്ടേറെ പാരിസ്ഥിതിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും കുടിയൊഴിപ്പിക്കലടക്കം മുള്ള വിഷയങ്ങളെ മറികടന്ന് പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ലന്ന് ഉറപ്പുണ്ടായിട്ടും ആ തിരപ്പള്ളി പദ്ധതിയുടെ പിന്നാലെ പോകുന്നതും എന്തിനെന്ന് ഇതിനകം നമ്മുക്ക് ബോധ്യമുള്ളതാണല്ലോ 163 മെഗാവാട്ട് പദ്ധതിക്കായ് 1200 കോടി രൂപയുടെ 10 കോടി മൊബിലൈസേഷൻ അഡ്വാൻസ് തന്നെയാണ് ഇക്കൂട്ടരുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. വൈദ്യുതി ഉത്പാദനത്തിൻ്റെ സ്വയം പര്യാപ്തതയെ കൈയൊഴിഞ്ഞ് നിലയങ്ങളുടെ പണിയൊന്നും പൂർത്തികരിക്കാതെ ബോധപൂർവ്വം വൈദ്യുതി പ്രതിസന്ധിയുണ്ടാക്കി മറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതി നിലയങ്ങളിൽ ഭീമാമായ തുകക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്നതിനെ ന്യായീകരിക്കുന്നവരെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ചുടുചോരയാണ് ഇക്കൂട്ടർ കട്ടെടുക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് ഓർമ്മ വേണം
കേരളത്തിൻ്റെ പൊതുകടം 2007 ലെ 49,875 കോടിയിൽ നിന്ന് 306,325 കോടിയിലേക്ക് 2020ൽ എത്തിച്ചതാണ് ഇക്കൂട്ടരുടെ ഭരണ നേട്ടം
കേരളത്തിലെ ഓരോ മനുഷ്യനും ലോക ബേങ്കിൻ്റേയും, എ ഡി ബി യുടെ വെറുമൊരു പണയ വസ്തു മാത്രമാണ്
