മലയാളത്തിന്റെ പ്രിയ എഴുത്തുകാരൻ കൽപ്പറ്റ നാരായണന്റെ ‘അവൾ ഒരു കർമ്മണി പ്രയോഗം ‘ എന്ന ലേഖനത്തിൽ ഒരു ബസ് യാത്രയ്ക്കിടയിലെ പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ ദാരുണാന്ത്യ കഥയെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള പ്രതിപാദ്യമുണ്ട്. യാത്രക്കിടെ അവളുടെ ശരീരത്തിൽ ഒരു തേള് പ്രവേശിക്കുകയും വസ്ത്രത്തിനുള്ളിലെ തേളിന്റെ ഉപദ്രവം അവളെ അസ്വസ്ഥമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. വേദന കടിച്ചമർത്തി യാത്ര തുടർന്ന അവൾ ഒടുവിൽ തേളിന്റെ ഉപദ്രവാനന്തരം കുഴഞ്ഞു പോവുകയും മരണം സംഭവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് കഥ. ഇവിടെ തന്റെ വസ്ത്രം കുടഞ്ഞു തേളിനെ പുറത്തേക്കെറിഞ്ഞു രക്ഷപ്പെടാമായിരുന്ന അവസ്ഥയിലും അവളതിന് മുതിരുന്നില്ല. ഒരു പുരുഷനായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ നിസ്സാരമായി പരിഹരിക്കപ്പെടാമായിരുന്ന അവസ്ഥ. പക്ഷെ പുരുഷനെ പോലെ വസ്ത്രം മാറ്റി രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ ജീവനേക്കാൾ തനിക്ക് നഷ്‌ടമാകാവുന്ന, അതല്ലെങ്കിൽ തന്റെ മുന്നോട്ടുള്ള ജീവിതത്തിൽ തനിക്ക് വിഘാതമായേക്കാവുന്ന സമൂഹം അവൾക്ക് പതിച്ചു നൽകിയ മറ്റെന്തോ ഒന്നിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ചിന്ത അവളെ അതിൽ നിന്ന് പിന്നോട്ട് വലിച്ചു.
സ്ത്രീ എന്നും വിവാദമാണ്, മറ്റൊരർത്ഥത്തിൽ അവൾ വിവാദയാക്കപ്പെടുകയാണ്. അവളുടെ വസ്ത്രം, ശബ്ദം, അവകാശം, പദവി, അധികാരം, സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം, സാമൂഹ്യ ഇടപെടൽ തുടങ്ങി ആരാധന വരെ സർവത്ര വിവാദ മയം.
അവൾക്ക് മാത്രമായി നല്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ചില സാമൂഹിക അലിഖിത നിയമങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്. ശരീരം വിൽക്കുന്നവളേ’ അഭിസാരിക ‘ ആകുന്നുള്ളൂ, സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവന് ലഭിക്കുന്നു അലിഖിത അനുമതി പത്രം. സാമൂഹ്യ ബോധവത്കരണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള അവളുടെ ഫ്ലാഷ് മോബുകൾ ‘നരകത്തിലെ വിറക് കൊള്ളികൾ ‘ ആകുമ്പോൾ പുരുഷന്റെ ആഭാസ നൃത്തം സ്വാഭാവികതയും സ്വീകാര്യതയുമാകുന്നു.
അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയാൽ അവൾ ‘പോക്ക് കേസ് ‘.ചർച്ചയിൽ അവളുടെ ധാർമ്മികത.
ശബരിമല ദർശനത്തിനൊരുങ്ങിയ ഒരു യുവതിയുടെ മദ്യക്കുപ്പി കയ്യിലേന്തിയ ഫോട്ടോ പ്രസ്തുത സമയത്ത് സാമൂഹ്യ മാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ അശ്ലീല ചുവയോട് കൂടിയ കമന്റുകളുടെ അകമ്പടിയോടെ വ്യാപകമായി പ്രചരിച്ചിരുന്നു.
‘അവൾ ‘ ആയത് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്ന മാർക്കറ്റ്.
അവൾ പ്രത്യുല്പാദനത്തിനും സന്താന പരിപാലനത്തിനും പുരുഷന്റെ ഇഷ്‌ടാനിഷ്‌ടങ്ങൾക്ക് വഴങ്ങുന്നതിനുമായുള്ള ഉപകരണം മാത്രമാണെന്ന വികല ധാരണകൾ സമൂഹം അവളിൽ അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കുന്നുവോ? ആശയപരമായ വിമർശനങ്ങൾക്കപ്പുറത്ത് ആഭാസ അശ്ലീല പരാമർശങ്ങളിലൂടെയും അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനങ്ങളിലൂടെയും അവൾ താറടിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതെന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ്? സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ധാർമ്മികതയുടെ നിർവചനത്തിൽ അവൾക്ക് മാത്രമായുള്ള കല്പനകൾക്ക് പിന്നിലെ ചേതോ വികാരമെന്താണ്?
കേരളത്തിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ‘സ്വപ്ന’മയമാണ്. അല്പകാലം മുൻപ് വരെ ‘സരിത’ മയമായിരുന്നു.
യു എ ഇ കോൺസുലേറ്റിന്റെ ഡിപ്ലോമാറ്റിക് കാർഗോയുടെ മറവിൽ രാജ്യാന്തര വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലൂടെ സ്വർണ്ണക്കടത്ത് നടത്തിയ കേസിലെ പ്രതി വർത്തമാന കേരളത്തിൽ നിറഞ്ഞു നിൽക്കുകയാണ്.
ആരോപണ വിധേയയായത് മുതൽ തന്നെ അവരുടെ അഴകളവുകളെ ആവർത്തിച്ച് ധരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രങ്ങളിലൂടെയും പോസ്റ്റുകളിലൂടെയും അവരുടെ സ്വകാര്യ ജീവിതത്തിലേക്ക് നുഴഞ്ഞു കയറിയും പൊടിപ്പും തൊങ്ങലും ചേർത്ത മസാലക്കഥകളിലൂടെയും ആ സ്ത്രീ ശരീരത്തെ അറവ് ശാലയിലെന്നവണ്ണം കീറിമുറിച്ചു സായൂജ്യമടയുകയാണ് പ്രബുദ്ധ കേരളം.
സമാന രീതിയിൽ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു സോളാർ കേസിന്റെ അവസ്ഥയും. പ്രസ്തുത കേസ് അന്നത്തെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചു നടന്നുവെന്ന് പറയപ്പെടുന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക തട്ടിപ്പ് എന്നതിനേക്കാൾ ചർച്ചയിൽ നിറഞ്ഞത് സരിതയുടെ ‘ക്ലിപ്പുകളി’ലൂടെയും അവരുമായി ചില ഉന്നതർ നടത്തി എന്ന് പറയപ്പെടുന്ന ഫോൺ വിളികളിലൂടെയുമായിരുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത കേസിന്റെ ഗൗരവ സ്വഭാവം തന്നെ അത് നഷ്‌ടപ്പെടുത്തുകയുണ്ടായി.
സ്ത്രീ വിരുദ്ധത നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിനും പരിപോഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള, തീർത്തും പുരുഷ കേന്ദ്രീകൃതമായ കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാടിൽ നിന്നുമുടലെടുക്കുന്നതാണ് ലൈംഗികത പുരുഷന് അവകാശവും സ്ത്രീക്ക് അശ്ലീലവും എന്ന സിദ്ധാന്തം.
തൊണ്ണൂറുകളിലെ കുപ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഐ എസ് ആർ ഒ ചാരക്കേസ് ആഭാസകരമായ പൈങ്കിളിക്കഥകളുടെ ദുർഗന്ധം വമിക്കുന്ന അദ്ധ്യായമായിരുന്നില്ലേ ! നമ്പി നാരായണൻ അടക്കമുള്ള ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞരെ രാജ്യ ദ്രോഹികളും നിരപരാധികളായ രണ്ട് സ്ത്രീകളെ ചാര സുന്ദരികളായും വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ള മാധ്യമ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിന്റെ ജീർണ്ണത മറക്കാനാവുമോ ! പ്രസ്തുത വിവാദം കത്തി നിന്ന സമയത്ത് മലയാളത്തിലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ വാരിക മുഖ ചിത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതിച്ചേ ർത്ത ശീർഷകം “ഇന്ത്യൻ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞന്മാരും മാലി മദാലസകളും ” എന്നായിരുന്നു. മഞ്ഞ പത്രങ്ങളെ നാണിപ്പിക്കും വിധമുള്ള മുഖ്യധാരാ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങളുടെ വായനക്കാരനെ രസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായുള്ള അപസർപക -പൈങ്കിളി സാഹിത്യം ചൂടപ്പം പോലെയാണ് പ്രചരിച്ചത്.
കേരളത്തിലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ ഇസ്ലാം മത പ്രഭാഷകന്റെ സ്ത്രീ വിരുദ്ധ പരാമർശങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ പ്രസംഗം ഈയിടെ സാമൂഹ്യ മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലും പൊതു സമൂഹത്തിനിടയിലും വൻ വിവാദങ്ങൾക്കും വാഗ്വാദങ്ങൾക്കും വഴി വെച്ചിരുന്നു. സ്ത്രീകൾ ജോലിക്ക് പോകുന്ന ഭൂരിഭാഗം വീടുകളിലും അടി വസ്ത്രങ്ങളടക്കം വീടിന്റെ നാനാ ഭാഗങ്ങളിലും അഴിച്ചിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടാകുമെന്നും ജോലി സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ പല സ്ത്രീകൾക്കും അവിഹിതം ആണെന്നും പൂമുഖ വാതിൽക്കൽ കുറ്റിച്ചൂലുകളിൽ മൂത്രമൊഴിച്ചു ഭർത്താക്കന്മാരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവരാണ് ആധുനിക ഭാര്യമാർ എന്നെല്ലാമുള്ള ആരോപണങ്ങൾ
ആണധികാരത്തിന്റെ മൂല്യ ബോധങ്ങളാൽ രൂപ കല്പന ചെയ്തെടുത്ത സ്ത്രീ സ്വാതന്ത്രത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യക്ഷ ഉദാഹരണങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്ന് മാത്രം. വിപണികളും സദാചാര ബോധങ്ങളും അവളെ ‘ശരീരം ‘ മാത്രമായി കാണുന്നു. വിലക്കുകൾ കൊണ്ടുള്ള ധാർമ്മിക ബോധത്താൽ നിയന്ത്രിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഒന്നായി അത് മാറുന്നു. പൊതു ബോധത്തെ തൃപ്തിപെടുത്തും വിധം അതിന്റെ ‘അരുത് ‘കൾക്കും പരിധികൾക്കുമുള്ളിലെ മാതൃകാപരമായ വാർപ്പ് ബിംബങ്ങളായി മാറുന്നതിനു പര്യാപ്തമായ ജീവിത രീതിയിൽ അവൾ ഒതുങ്ങണമെന്ന് ശഠിക്കുന്നു. ലൈംഗികത പുരുഷന്റെ സ്വാഭാവികതയും സ്ത്രീയുടെ അശ്ലീലതയുമായി മാറുന്നു. കുറ്റ കൃത്യങ്ങളിൽ ‘സ്ത്രീ’ വരുമ്പോൾ ചർച്ചകളിൽ ലൈംഗികത സ്വാഭാവികമാവുന്നു. അവളുടെ ശരീരം പൊതു ഇടമെന്ന മട്ടിൽ കീറി മുറിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
തന്റെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിനികളുടെ ശരീരാവയവങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള അധ്യാപകന്റെ അശ്ലീല പരാമർശങ്ങൾ ആണധികാര പ്രത്യയ ശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യക്ഷ പിന്തുണയിൽ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നവരുടെ മേൽ മത വിരുദ്ധത ചാർത്തപ്പെടുകയും സർക്കാർ നടപടിയെ മത പ്രബോധനത്തിന്നെതിരെയുള്ള നീക്കമായി ചിത്രീകരിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. സിസ്റ്റർ ലൂസിയുടെയും ജെസ്മിയുടെയും വിഷയത്തിലും ശബരിമല ദർശനം നടത്തുകയും നടത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത സ്ത്രീകളുടെ കാര്യത്തിലും മതം വിട്ട ജാമിത ടീച്ചറോടുള്ള സമീപനത്തിലും അവരുടെ നിലപാടുകളെ ആശയപരമായി പ്രതിരോധിക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ പലപ്പോഴും അവരിലെ സ്വകാര്യത സംബന്ധിച്ച ചർച്ചകളിൽ ആത്മ സായൂജ്യമടയുന്ന വികലതയാണ് ദർശിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നത്. ലൂസിയുടെ ആത്മ കഥയിൽ ഉന്നയിക്കപ്പെട്ട ആരോപണങ്ങളോടുള്ള ക്രിയാത്മക സംവാദത്തേക്കാൾ ‘അശ്ലീല പുസ്തകം’ എന്ന ലേബലിലുള്ള പ്രതിരോധത്തിലാണൂന്നുന്നത്. അത് പോലെ തന്നെ ശബരിമലയിലെ വിവാദ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ഭർത്താക്കന്മാരുടെയും കാമുകന്മാരുടെയും എണ്ണവും അവർ കഴിക്കുന്ന മദ്യത്തിന്റെ തോതും അവരുടെ കുടുംബ കലഹങ്ങളും , പാരമ്പര്യവും തുടങ്ങി സകല ഏടാകൂടങ്ങളും പൊടിപ്പും തൊങ്ങലും ചേർത്ത് വിളമ്പുന്നു. ശബരിമല ദർശനം നടത്തിയ പുരുഷ കേസരികളെല്ലാം തന്നെ പരിപാവനവും മാന്യവുമായ കുടുംബ സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ തലവന്മാരും സദാചാര നിഷ്‌ഠയുടെയും ധർമ്മ ബോധത്തിന്റെയും അപ്പോസ്തലന്മാരുമാണെന്ന ബോധ്യത്തിൽ നിന്നുമുടലെടുക്കുന്നതല്ലല്ലോ പ്രസ്തുത വിമർശനങ്ങൾ !
അവിടെയാണ് മുൻപ് സൂചിപ്പിച്ച സ്ത്രീ ആയത് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്ന മാർക്കറ്റ് നാം കാണേണ്ടത്.

മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിൽ ഫ്ലാഷ് മോബിലേർപ്പെട്ട പെൺ കുട്ടികളോട് ‘പെണ്ണേ അനക്ക് സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ പോണ്ടേ ‘ എന്ന സാരോപദേശം വ്യാപകമായി ഉയർന്നു കേട്ടിരുന്നു. ഇത് (പെൺകുട്ടികളുടെ ഫ്ലാഷ് മോബ് ) മത വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നാരോപിച്ച് ചാനൽ ചർച്ചകളിൽ മത വക്താക്കൾ അടക്കം രംഗത്ത് വന്നിരുന്നു. ഇതേ ഫ്ലാഷ് മോബ് എത്ര മുസ്ലിം ചെറുപ്പക്കാർ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് !

2018 ജനുവരി 26 നാണ് മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെ വണ്ടൂരിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ആദ്യമായി ജുമുഅ നമസ്കാരത്തിന് നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയ സ്ത്രീ എന്ന നിലയിൽ ജാമിദ ടീച്ചർ വാർത്തകളിൽ നിറഞ്ഞു നിന്നത്. ടീച്ചർ അന്ന് ‘ഖുർആൻ സുന്നത്ത് സൊസൈറ്റി ‘ യുടെ സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി ആയിരുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത സംഘടനയുടെ അധ്യാപനങ്ങൾ ഇസ്ലാമിക ലോകത്തെ ഇതര സംഘടനകൾ ഒന്നടങ്കം തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞതാകുന്നു. തന്റെ മത പഠനത്തിൽ അന്ന് തനിക്ക് സത്യം എന്ന് തോന്നിയതിനെ പ്രായോഗിക വത്കരിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ച ടീച്ചറുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയോട് ആശയപരമായി മറുപടി പറയുന്നതിൽ ഉപരിയായി അവരുടെ പുറകിൽ പുരുഷന്മാർ നമസ്കാരത്തിന് നിൽക്കുന്നതിനെയടക്കം ദ്വയാംഗാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ചിത്രീകരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ള ക്രൂരമായ അപഹാസമായിരുന്നു കണ്ടിരുന്നത് . മത വിശ്വാസം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു നിലവിൽ യുക്തി വാദിയായി മാറിയ അവരുടെ പുതിയ നിലപാടുകളോടുള്ള പ്രതികരണങ്ങളും തഥൈവ.
ആശയം പരാജയപ്പെടുന്നിടത്ത് ആഭാസം ഉടലെടുക്കുന്നു. അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനങ്ങളോടുള്ള പ്രതികരണം അമാന്യവും അശ്ലീലവുമാകുന്നു. ഇവിടെ ആണധികാരത്തിന്റെ ദയക്കായുള്ള കാത്തിരിപ്പല്ല മറിച്ച് വിലക്കുകൾ പൊട്ടിച്ചെറിയാനുള്ള ആർജ്ജവമാണ് സ്ത്രീ സമൂഹം കാണിക്കേണ്ടത്. വർത്തമാന ലോകത്തും സ്ത്രീത്വത്തെ അപകർഷതയുടെ പടുകുഴിയിലേക്ക് തള്ളി വിടാനുള്ള നെറികെട്ട സാമൂഹ്യ വ്യവസ്ഥയോട് കലഹിക്കുക തന്നെ വേണം
