റോണിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പ്രത്യേകത എന്തെന്നാൽ അഭിനയത്തിലെ flexibility ആണ്. ഒരേ സമയം സ്നേഹം നിറഞ്ഞ കൂട്ടുകാരൻ, കുറച്ചു റഫ് ആയ കൂട്ടുകാരൻ, കോമിക് കരിക്കേച്ചർ സ്വഭാവമുള്ള വേഷം, villainous ആയുള്ള വേഷം, physique ഉള്ള പോലീസുകാരൻ, ഗൗരവ സ്വഭാവമുള്ള വേഷം, light ആയുള്ള character വേഷം, അങ്ങനെ ഏത് വേഷവും റോണി മനോഹരമാക്കും. തുടക്ക കാലത്ത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കുറച്ചു സീരിയസ് വേഷങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കു എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ കരുതിയിരുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ആ കുറവിനെ അദ്ദേഹം കാലങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് അതിജീവിച്ചു ഏത് തരത്തിലുള്ള വേഷവും തനിക്ക് വഴങ്ങും എന്ന് തെളിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആദ്യകാലത്ത് പല ചിത്രങ്ങളിലും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദം ഡബ്ബ് ചെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ പിന്നീടുള്ള വർഷങ്ങളിൽ റോണി തന്നെയാണ് സിനിമകളിൽ ശബ്ദം കൊടുത്തത്. അത് കൂടാതെ ആ ശബ്ദം റോണിയുടെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ഐഡന്റിറി ആവുകയും ചെയ്തു.
