പഴയ കാല മലയാള സിനിമയിലെ സ്ഥിരം വില്ലൻ കഥാപാത്രമായിരുന്നു .കുട്ടൻ പിള്ള പോലീസ് .വില്ലൻ സ്വഭാവമുള്ള പോലീസുകാരുടെ സ്ഥിരം പേര് തന്നെ കുട്ടൻപിള്ള എന്നായിരുന്നു .സിനിമയൊടൊപ്പം പോലീസും നവീകരിച്ചപ്പോൾ കുട്ടൻപിള്ളമാരൊക്കെ നല്ല പിള്ളാരായി മാറി .എന്നാൽ വീണ്ടും പുതിയ കുട്ടൻ പിള്ളമാർ കേരള പോലീസിൽ ചേർന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന അവസ്ഥയുടെ ഒടുവിലത്തെ ഉദാഹരണമാണ് നെയ്യാറിൽ കണ്ടത് .മലയാളം പോലും നാണിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷ പ്രയോഗമായിരുന്നു നാം കേട്ടത് .
ജനമൈത്രി പോലീസും ,ജന സൗഹാർദ്ദ പോലീസും ഒക്കെ ഉള്ള കേരളത്തിലാണ് കുട്ടൻപിള്ളമാരുടെ ഈ പേക്കൂത്ത് .നീതി തേടിയെത്തുന്നവനോടാണ് ഈ അനീതി കേട് എന്നോർക്കണം .ജനമാണ് പരമാധികാരി എന്നോർക്കാതെ അവന്റെ നെഞ്ചത്ത് കേറുന്ന കുട്ടൻപിള്ളമാർ ജനങ്ങളെ പേടിച്ചേ മതിയാവൂ .കെവിൻ എന്ന ചെറുപ്പക്കാരനെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ കൂട്ടു നിന്ന ,വിശ്വാസികളുടെ മേൽ പൊങ്കാല നടത്തിയ കുട്ടൻ പിള്ളമാർ പഴയ കാലമല്ലിത് എന്നോർക്കണേ .
കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ചയാണ് കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ ചെറു പുഴയിൽ വഴിയോര കച്ചവടക്കാർക്കെതിരെ നടന്ന പോലീസ് നരനായാട്ട് എത്രമാത്രം അറപ്പുളവാക്കുന്ന ഭാഷകളാണ് ജനമൈത്രി പോലീസ് കാർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് സർക്കാറിൻ്റെ പിന്തുണ ഇക്കൂട്ടർക്കുണ്ടോ എന്ന സംശയത്തിൽ ദ്രാവിഡൻ നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ആരോപണ വിധേയരായ ഈ പോലീസ് കാരെല്ലാം ആസോസിയേഷൻ ഭാരവാഹികളാണ്. വ്യക്തമായ സർക്കാർ വിലാസം സംഘടനയുടെ നേതാക്കൾ. ജോലി ചെയ്യാതെ അസോസിയേഷൻ പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തുന്നവർ .അത് കൊണ്ടാണല്ലോ നെയ്യാർ സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ പോലീസ് കാരൻ യൂണിഫോം ഇടാതെ നിൽക്കുന്നത്. പോലീസ് സേനയുടെ മറവിൽ ഇത്തരം ആളുകൾ നടത്തുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷൻ പ്രവർത്തനം പലഘട്ടത്തിലും വാർത്ത ആയതാണ്. ഇത് എഴുതുമ്പോൾ മാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ വരുന്നൊരു വാർത്ത ഒരിക്കൽ പ്രതിയാക്കപ്പെട്ട ആളെ പിന്നീടുള്ള സർവ്വ കേസിലും പ്രതിയാക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണ്. അയാളെ വീട്ടിൽ നിന്നാണ് ബലം പ്രയോഗിച്ച് കൊണ്ട് പോകുന്നത്. കോടതിയിൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ റോഡിൽ വെച്ചെന്നായി ഓരോ ദിവസം പോലീസ് ഭീകരതയുടെ ഇത്തരം വാർത്തകളാണ് കേൾക്കുന്നത് .
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സൈനികൻ്റെ കുടുബം പോലീസിൽ നിന്ന് നീതി ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന് പരിതപിച്ച് കണ്ണുരിൽ വാർത്താ സമ്മേളനം നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഇതെല്ലാം വെളിവാക്കുന്നത് കേരളത്തിലെ പോലീസ് വകുപ്പ് നാഥനില്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥയാണ് പോലീസ് മന്ത്രി തന്നെ ഇത്തരം ഗുണ്ടാ ക്രമണങ്ങളിലൂടെ വന്നതാണല്ലോ ? അത് കൊണ്ട് എന്ത് പേക്കൂത്ത് കാട്ടിയാലും ഒന്നും സംഭവിക്കില്ലന്ന് പോലീസ് കർക്കറിയാം കൂടി പോയാൽ ആറ് മാസം സസ്പെൻഷൻ ആറ് മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ സമ്പളം ഒരുമിച്ച് കിട്ടും സസ്പെൻഷൻ കാലയളവിൽ സംഘടനാ പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്താം
കേരളം പോലീസ് രാജ് നേരിടുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനമായി മാറുന്നു എന്ന ആശങ്കയിലാണ് സർക്കാറിനെതിരെ ഉയരുന്ന നിരവധിയായ അഴിമതി കഥകൾ മറക്കാൻ ജനങ്ങളെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് പോലീസ് മന്ത്രി ഈ തീക്കളി തുടർന്നാൽ അവസാനത്തേതിൻ്റെ തുടക്കമായിരിക്കു.
