സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്കിലും ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി സൗകര്യം
കൊച്ചി: സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക് ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്കായി ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി (ഇ-ബിജി) സൗകര്യം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. നാഷണല്‍ ഇ-ഗവേര്‍ണന്‍സ് സര്‍വീസസ് ലിമിറ്റഡുമായി (എന്‍ഇഎസ്എല്‍) ചേര്‍ന്നാണ് എപിഐ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള പേപ്പര്‍ രഹിത ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി സൗകര്യം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നത്. സാധാരണ ഡോക്യുമെന്റേഷനും റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് സൂക്ഷിപ്പും ഇതിനാവശ്യമില്ല. ബാങ്കിന്റെ ആദ്യ ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഒരു മുന്‍നിര പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനത്തിനു വേണ്ടി ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്തു. എന്‍ഇഎസ്എല്‍ മുഖേന 4.57 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടിയായിരുന്നു ഇത്. തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ഏതാനും ബാങ്കുകളില്‍ മാത്രമെ ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി സൗകര്യമുള്ളൂ.
പേപ്പര്‍ ജോലികളിലൂടെ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ നേരിട്ട് ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് നിലവിലെ രീതി. ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി സംവിധാനം ഈ രീതിയെ പൂര്‍ണായും മാറ്റും. സ്റ്റാമ്പിങ്, ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കല്‍, ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി കൈമാറ്റം തുടങ്ങി വിവിധ പേപ്പര്‍ ജോലികള്‍ അടങ്ങിയതാണ് നിലവിലെ ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി നടപടിക്രമങ്ങള്‍. എന്നാല്‍ ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഈ ജോലികളെല്ലാം ഡിജിറ്റലായാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഉപഭോക്താവ് നേരിട്ട് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പര്‍ വാങ്ങുകയോ ഡോക്യൂമെന്റ് പ്രിന്റെടുക്കുകയോ നേരിട്ട് ഒപ്പുവയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതില്ല.
“സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്കിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യ പൂര്‍ത്തീകരണത്തിന്റെ കാതല്‍ ഡിജിറ്റൈസേഷനാണ്. പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന്റെ 94ാം വര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ എന്‍ഇഎസ്എലുമായി ചേര്‍ന്ന് പുതിയ സൗകര്യം അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതില്‍ അതിയായ സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്. ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി സൗകര്യം സമയം ലാഭിക്കാനും ബിസിനസ് കൂടുതല്‍ ആയാസ രഹിതമാക്കാനും ബിസിനസ് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളെ സഹായിക്കും. വേഗത്തിലുള്ള പ്രൊസസിങ്, ചുരുങ്ങിയ ചെലവ്, കൂടുതല്‍ സുരക്ഷ, മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ട്രാക്കിങ് എന്നീ വിവിധ ഗുണങ്ങളും ഇതുവഴി ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കും,” സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക് എംഡിയും സിഇഒയുമായ മുരളി രാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
“മടുപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒട്ടേറെ നടപടിക്രമങ്ങളിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകേണ്ട ആവശ്യമില്ലാതെ ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടികള്‍ വേഗത്തില്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഡിജിറ്റല്‍
ഉല്‍പ്പന്നം വേണമെന്ന ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക്‌സ് അസോസിയേഷന്റെ ആവശ്യം മുന്‍നിര്‍ത്തിയാണ് എന്‍ഇഎസ്എല്‍ ഇ-ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി സംവിധാനം വികസിപ്പിച്ചത്. എന്‍ഇഎസ്എലിന്റെ ഇ-ബിജി പോര്‍ട്ടലില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതോടെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ രൂപത്തിലുള്ള പേപ്പര്‍ രഹിത ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടിയാണിത്. യൂസര്‍ രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ നടപടികളും വളരെ ലളിതമാണ്. ഒറ്റത്തവണ ചെയ്താല്‍ മതി. ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാം എന്‍ഇഎസ്എലിന്റെ ഇ-ബിജി സംവിധാനം ഡിജിറ്റലായി പരിപാലിക്കുന്നു. ഈ ഉല്‍പ്പന്നം അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ഞങ്ങളുടെ സംഘത്തോടൊപ്പം അശ്രാന്തം പ്രയത്നിച്ച സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്ക് ടീമിനെ ഞാന്‍ അഭിനന്ദിക്കുന്നു,” എന്‍ഇഎസ്എല്‍ എംഡിയും സിഇഒയുമായ ദേബജ്യോതി റായ് ചൗധരി പറഞ്ഞു.

· ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി ഡോക്യൂമെന്റുകള്‍ നേരിട്ട് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുന്നില്ല
· കോണ്‍ട്രാക്ട് ഡോക്യുമെന്റ് പേപ്പര്‍ രഹിതമായി ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നു
