കൊച്ചി: ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്ക് ഓഹരി ഉടമകളുടെ 92-ാമത് വാര്‍ഷിക പൊതുയോഗം ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ എ. പി. ഹോതയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷതയില്‍ വിഡിയോ കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സിങ് വഴി ചേര്‍ന്നു. ഡയറക്ടര്‍മാര്‍, ഓഹരിയുടമകൾ, മുതിര്‍ന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍, ഓഡിറ്റര്‍മാര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവർ പങ്കെടുത്തു. 2022-23 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തെ ഓഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത സാമ്പത്തിക ഫലങ്ങള്‍ക്കും, 50 ശതമാനം ഡിവിഡന്റ് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രമേയത്തിനും, മാനേജിങ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ആന്റ് സിഇഒ പദവിയില്‍ ശ്യാം ശ്രീനിവാസന്റെ പുനര്‍നിയമനത്തിനും ഓഹരി ഉടമകളുടെ അംഗീകാരം തേടി. എ. പി. ഹോതയെ പാര്‍ട് ടൈം ചെയര്‍മാനായി നിയമിക്കുന്നതിന് ആര്‍ബിഐ അനുമതി തേടാനും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ നിയമനത്തിനും പ്രതിഫലത്തിനും, ഗ്രൂപ്പ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ആന്റ് കണ്‍ട്രി ഹെഡ് ആയുള്ള ഹര്‍ഷ് ദുഗറിന്റെ നിയമനത്തിനും, മുന്‍ഗണനാ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള ഓഹരി വിതരണത്തിനും, കടപ്പത്രങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഫണ്ട് സ്വരൂപിക്കുന്നതിനും, ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്ക് ലിമിറ്റഡ് എംപ്ലോയീ സ്റ്റോക് ഒപ്ഷന്‍ സ്‌കീമിനും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ യോഗം ഓഹരി ഉടമകളുടെ അനുമതി തേടി.
ഭാവി വളര്‍ച്ചയ്ക്കുള്ള ബാങ്കിന്റെ പദ്ധതികൾക്ക് കരുത്തു പകര്‍ന്ന മൂലധന സമാഹരണം അടക്കമുള്ള വിജയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വഴിയൊരുക്കിയത് ബാങ്കിന്റെ കരുത്തുറ്റ ഭരണനിര്‍വഹണ നടപടികളാണമെന്ന് എ. പി. ഹോത പറഞ്ഞു. അവസരങ്ങളെ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താനും ബാങ്കിങ് രംഗത്തെ ഭാവിയെ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നൂതന സേവനങ്ങള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കാനുമുള്ള ബാങ്കിന്റെ പ്രാപ്തിയെ അദ്ദേഹം എടുത്തുപറഞ്ഞു. ബിസിനസ് വളർച്ചയ്ക്കപ്പുറം സേവന ഗുണമേന്മ, ഇടപാടുകാരുടെ സംതൃപ്തി, സുസ്ഥിര ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോടുള്ള പ്രതിബദ്ധത എന്നിവയിൽ ഊന്നിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലൂടെ ബാങ്കിനെ ഏറ്റവും ബഹുമാനിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ബാങ്കായി അടുത്ത എട്ടു വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ മാറ്റുക എന്നതാണ് ലക്ഷ്യമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറയുകയുണ്ടായി.
അടിത്തറ കൂടുതല്‍ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുക, ചുറ്റുമുള്ള അവസരങ്ങളെ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്തുക, ഉപഭോക്തൃ കേന്ദ്രീകൃതമായിരിക്കുക, പഴഞ്ചന്‍ ചിന്താരീതി ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുക, സുസ്ഥിരത ഉറപ്പാക്കുക എന്നീ ആശയങ്ങളിലാണ് ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്ക് ശ്രദ്ധകേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് എംഡിയും സിഇഒയുമായ ശ്യാം ശ്രീനിവാസന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. കടുത്ത മത്സരമുള്ള ബാങ്കിങ് രംഗത്ത് ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്ക് കൈവരിച്ച നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ അദ്ദേഹം എടുത്തു പറഞ്ഞു. ബാങ്കിന്റെ വാര്‍ഷിക ലാഭം 3000 കോടി രൂപയ്ക്കു മുകളിലെത്തിക്കാനും മൊത്തം ബിസിനസ് വലുപ്പം 3.8 ലക്ഷം കോടി മറികടക്കാനും കഴിഞ്ഞതായി അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
ബാങ്കിങ് രംഗത്തെ മികച്ച തൊഴിലിടങ്ങളില്‍ ഏഷ്യയിലെ 100 ബാങ്കുകളുടെ പട്ടികയില്‍ ഇടം ലഭിച്ച ഏക ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബാങ്കാവാനും പാരിസ്ഥിതിക, സാമൂഹിക, ഭരണനിര്‍വഹണ (ഇഎസ്ജി) മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പാലിക്കുന്ന ബാങ്കുകളില്‍ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ 62 ബാങ്കുകളിൽ 4മത് എത്താനും ആഗോളതലത്തിലെ 934 ബാങ്കുകളിൽ 74-ാം സ്ഥാനത്ത് എത്താനും ബാങ്കിനു കഴിഞ്ഞു.
