കൊച്ചി: അഞ്ഞൂറ് പേരെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ചുള്ള പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞയ്ക്കെതിരെ ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ജി. ചടങ്ങ് കൊവിഡ് മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളുടെ ലംഘനമാണെന്നും 500 പേരെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ചുള്ള സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ നിയമ വിരുദ്ധമെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കണമെന്നും ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. തൃശ്ശൂർ ആസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ചികിത്സാ നീതി എന്ന സംഘടനയാണ് കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്. ഹർജി ഹൈക്കോടതി നാളെ പരിഗണിച്ചേക്കും.

കൊവിഡ് പ്രോട്ടകോൾ ലംഘിച്ചുള്ള സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞയ്ക്കെതിരെ കോടതി സ്വമേധയാ കേസ് എടുക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് അഭിഭാഷകനായ അനിൽ തോമസ്, ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് പാർട്ടി പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് ജോർജ്ജ് സെബാസ്റ്റ്യൻ എന്നിവര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസിന് പരാതി നൽകി. ട്രിപ്പിൾ ലോക്ഡൗൺ ഉള്ള തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് 500 ലെറ പേരെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ചുള്ള സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ നിയമലംഘനമാണെന്ന് പരാതിക്കാർ പറയുന്നു. ഹൈക്കോടതി സ്വമേധയാ കേസെടുത്ത് സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ രാജ്ഭവനിൽ നടത്താൻ നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകണമെന്നും 50 ൽ കൂടുതൽ പേരെ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കരുതെന്നും പരാതിക്കാർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.
