നാല് കേന്ദ്ര അനേഷണ ഏജൻസികൾ പരസ്യമായും രണ്ട് അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസികൾ രഹസ്യമായും കേരളത്തിൽ അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ട് അഞ്ച് മാസത്തിനടുക്കുന്നു. ഇതുവരെയുള്ള അന്വേഷണം എവിടെ എത്തി നിൽക്കുന്നു എന്നോ തുടർ അന്വേഷണം എങ്ങനെ ആയിരുക്കുമെന്നോ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും അറിയണമെങ്കിൽ ബി ജെ പി സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡണ്ടിനോട് ചോദിച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും അദ്ദേഹമത് വളരെ കിറു കൃത്യമായി നമ്മുക്ക് പറഞ്ഞ് തരും കാരണം തുടക്കം മുതലേ സൂരേന്ദ്രനും മുരളീധരനും നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന വഴിയിലൂടെയാണ് അന്വേഷണം നീങ്ങുന്നത് എന്ന് നാം കാണുന്നതാണല്ലോ
ദേശീയ അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസികളെ രാഷ്ടീയമായി ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു എന്നതാണ് സംസ്ഥാന ഭരണ കക്ഷിയുടെ അരോപണം. ഒരു പക്ഷേ ഇതുവരെയുള്ള അനുഭവങ്ങൾ അങ്ങനെയാരു വീക്ഷണത്തിൽ എത്തുന്നതിൽ തെറ്റ് കാണേണ്ടതില്ല കാരണം അന്വേഷണ വിഭാഗങ്ങളെ രാഷ്ട്രീയമായി ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തിയതിൻ്റെ ചരിത്രം ഒട്ടേറെയുണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ കൺമുമ്പിൽ

പ്പെട്ട സംഭവങ്ങൾ നാല് കേന്ദ്ര അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസികളാണ് അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നത് നയതന്ത്ര ചാനൽ വഴി സ്വർണ്ണ കടത്ത് സംഭവം റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്ത ഉടനെ തീവ്രവാദ ബന്ധം ആരോപിച്ച് അന്വേഷണം നടത്താൻ NIA എത്തിയിരുന്നു.
മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം കോടതി ഇടപ്പെട്ട് ചോദിച്ചത് ഈ കേസിൽ UAPA നിലനിൽക്കുമോ എന്നാണ് ഒടുവിൽ പ്രതികൾക്ക് ജാമ്യം ലഭിക്കുമെന്നായപ്പോൾ കോഫെപോസ്സ പ്രകാരം വിചാരണ പോലും ഇല്ലാത്തെ അകത്തിട്ടു അതായത് NIA പരാജയപ്പെട്ട ഘട്ടത്തിൽ മുഖം മിനുക്കാൻ മറ്റൊരു കേന്ദ്ര ഏജൻസി മുന്നോട്ട് വന്നു.
അതിന് ശേഷം NIA യെ നമ്മളാരും കണ്ടതുമില്ല
ഇതൊക്കെ വരച്ചിടുന്നത് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാറിന് താൽപ്പര്യമില്ലാത്ത സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരുകളെ പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലാക്കി കളയാം എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ്. മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിൽ CBI യുടെ പ്രവർത്തനവകാശം സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ എടുത്ത് കളയുകയും സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൻ്റെ മുൻകൂർ അനുമതി വാങ്ങാതെ പ്രവർത്തനം അനുവദിക്കില്ലെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു
രാജസ്ഥാനിലും, ബംഗാളിലും, പഞ്ചാബിലടക്കമുള്ള പ്രതിപക്ഷ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണകൂടം ഇതേ രീതി തന്നെയാണ് അനുവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്.
അത്തരമൊരു സാഹചരുത്തിൽ തന്നെ വേണം കേരളത്തിലെ കേന്ദ്ര ഏജൻസികളുടെ അന്വേഷണത്തെ കാണാനെന്ന് മുഴുവനും ശരിവെക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ലെങ്കിലും പൂർണ്ണമായി തള്ളികളയാൻ ആവില്ല
