നിരവധി രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളാൽ സമ്പന്നമാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ കേരള രാഷ്ട്രീയം ഭരണപക്ഷവും പ്രതിപക്ഷ പാർട്ടികളും ചേർന്ന് വർത്തമാന രാഷ്ട്രീയ കാലാവസ്ഥയിൽ ഒട്ടേറെ പിരിമുറുക്കങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു ഒന്നൊന്നായി സർക്കാരിനെതിരെ അഴിമതിയടക്കം നിരവധി ആരോപണങ്ങൾ ഉയർന്നുവന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് കരുത്തുറ്റ പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവിൻ്റെ അസാന്നി ദ്ധ്യം ചർച്ചയാവുന്നത് ഫലത്തിൽ രമേശ് ചെന്നിത്തല മികവുറ്റ നേതാവാണ് കോൺ ഗ്രസ് പാർട്ടിയിൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി ആയിരുക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ നിരവധി സ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ വഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ചാം വയസിൽ എം എൽ എ ആയി യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റ അഖിലേന്ത്യാ നേതാവടക്കമുള്ള ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ആഭ്യ ന്തര മന്ത്രിയായി ഭരണമികവ് കാട്ടിയെങ്കിലും നിലവിലെ കേരള രാഷ്ട്രീയ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഭരണപക്ഷത്തിൻ്റെ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ അക്രമം നേരിടാൻ മാത്രം കരുത്ത് പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവിൽ കാണുന്നില്ല എന്നത് വസ്തുത തന്നെയാണ്
എത്രയെത്ര പ്രശ്നങ്ങളാലാണ് ദയനീയമായ പരാജയം ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങേണ്ടി വന്നത് ഒടുവിൽ മാധ്യമങ്ങൾക്ക് പോലും തുറന്നു പറയേണ്ടി വന്നു പരാജിതനായ പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവെന്ന് അതിതീവ്രമായ രാഷ്ട്രീയ കാലാവസ്ഥ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഉമ്മൻ ചാണ്ടിയുടെ നേതൃത്വപരമായ ഇടപെടലിനെ സർക്കാർ വിരുദ്ധ ചേരിയിലുള്ളവർ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നുണ്ടാവും.
കഴിഞ്ഞ നിയമസഭ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ ഭരണ തുടർച്ച പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച യു ഡി എഫ് നേതൃത്വം ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളിയിൽ പാലം വലിച്ചാണ് ഐ ഗ്രൂപ്പിൽ കുടുതൽ പേരെ ജയിപ്പിക്കാനായത്. എണ്ണത്തിൽ കുറവ് എം എൽ എ മാർ എ ഗ്രൂപ്പിലായത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഉമ്മൻ ചാണ്ടി ആ സമയത്ത് കളമൊഴിഞ്ഞത്
ഉമ്മൻ ചാണ്ടി ഒരു തിരിച്ച് വരവിന് ഒരുങ്ങുകയാണ് എക്കാലത്തും കോൺഗ്രസിൻ്റെ ക്രൈസ്തവ ലോബി ഇത്ത വണയും ഉമ്മൻ ചാണ്ടിക്കായി അരങ്ങത്ത് എത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് പല്ല് തേച്ചാൽ മുഖം കഴുകുന്ന കുഞ്ഞൂഞ് എന്നൊക്കെ ഫീച്ചർ എഴുതി മനോരമ അവരുടെ ജോലി തുടങ്ങി കഴിഞ്ഞു അത് കൊണ്ട് രമേശ് ചെന്നിത്തലയുടെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മോഹം സുകുമാരൻ നായർ വിചാരിച്ചാൽ പോലും നടക്കാൻ പോകുന്നില്ല കേരള രാഷ്ട്രീയം ആ രീതിയിൽ വിഭജിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു ഇടത് മുന്നണിയിലെ ചില മന്ത്രിമാരും സി.പി.എം ഒഴിച്ചുള്ള ഘടക കക്ഷികളും മന്ത്രിസഭാ കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ് കിട്ടിയാൽ മതിയെന്ന മട്ടിലാണ് ഘടകകക്ഷികളുടെ എല്ലാ വകുപ്പുകളിലും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൻ്റെയും എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിൻ്റെയും നേരിട്ടുള്ള ഇടപ്പെടൽ ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് റവന്യൂ വകുപ്പിൽ പോലും ഇടപെടാൻ സി പി ഐ ക്ക് കഴിയുന്നില്ല മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണത്തിൽ തന്നെ യാണ് സ്വപ്നക്ക് ശേഷവും ശിവശ ങ്കരൻ്റെ മാറ്റി നിർത്തലിന് ശേഷവുമുള്ളത് ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ട് വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി അറിയാതെയാണ് ഇലക്ട്രിക് ബസ് വാങ്ങാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചത് അതിൽ കമ്മീഷനായ കിട്ടേണ്ട കോടികൾ എ കെ ജി സെൻ്റർ നേരിട്ട് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലായ് ദശക്കോടിക്കണക്കിന് രൂപയുടെ പദ്ധതികൾക്കാണ് ഭരണാനുമതി ലഭിച്ചത് അതിൽ നിന്നെല്ലാം കിട്ടുന്ന കോടികൾ നേരെ പോകുന്നത് എ കെ ജി സെൻ്ററിലേക്ക് അത് കൊണ്ടൊക്കെ തന്നെയാണ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഇത്രയധികം പ്രതിരോധത്തിലായിട്ടും ഘടകകക്ഷികൾ സംരക്ഷണവലയം ഒരുക്കാത്തത്
